Staff is so nice and very helpful and responsive. The vet we saw Dr. Fraser is fantastic and very communicative about lab results etc. My cats loved her and were both very relaxed throughout the appointment which I absolutely did not expect. Glad to have established them as our vet here in Seattle. Recommend.

QAAC has been seeing all my pets through thick and thin since 2002, The founder of the clinic (can’t remember his name,) saw my animals until he retired. They have been my light, grace, kindness, honesty, open and real ever since I walked in that door in 2002, with a senior cat I rescued with cancer, Isaak. And he was treated with love and dignity. Along with Clover, Sage and Basil. Pure authenticity of care. And Dr. Salt has been incredible. She takes time with me and my companions and you feel her true love of animals and her work, not to mention the amazing techs and receptions. Five star.

I have been quite impressed with their reception and customer service staff. They are always helpful and timely with their communications either via text, email, or in person. One of the most well managed staff from a vet office I've encountered! In addition, all the staff I've met have been friendly and courteous which really makes a difference. Dr. Salt was also very patient and thoughtful with our first exam together. Happy that we are clients of this practice. Will be returning for my dog, Kitty's needs.

Super friendly and helpful. Very good with my cat who isn't always the happiest to be at the vet. Very clear explanation of charges and great follow up.

Dr. Danielle Jeffrey was wonderful, had great bedside manner, was friendly, listened, and was very efficient and effective. I recommend her and Skyler, the vet tech, highly. Great customer service and they got our dog in last minute. I recommend this vet team and will be scheduling with them for our next vet visit. Thanks you Dr. Jeffrey and Skyler! Update on 8/10/2022: We've been searching for a team of vets for our 14.5 + year old doggie for the last 3 years and the doctors at Queen Anne Animal Clinic have been the best so far since our vet retired. The staff have also been super helpful and friendly. We've had some terrible vets at other places that did not adhere to patient-centered care and did not hear our concerns for our old guy and the providers at Queen-Anne listen and make great recommendations. Quality care, quality staff, and quality outcomes. Thank you for all the good work! Update on August 3, 2023: Dr. Heather Fraser was super attentive and understanding of our old dog, Falcon's, situation and knew exactly how to read the circumstances and demonstrated great empathy, critical thinking, and resourcefulness. She didn't just follow a cookie-cutter protocol and really adapted the plan of care to meet Falcon's needs. I definitely recommend Dr. Fraser's care and expertise. The help from our vet tech, Danni, was excellent too as she also helped gauge our needs and showed compassion, thoughtfulness, patience, and individualized patient-based care! What a great team! Update, April 20, 2024: The vets at Queen Anne Animal Clinic have been so helpful as our dog, Falcon, has become an elderly super senior dog. Most recently, we received help from Dr. Maryam Salt and she was so good with our old guy. It has been a bumpy path in regards to his health but the staff have helped us navigate these tough times and have been sensitive to not only our dog's needs but our own human needs (especially as Falcon is getting closer to the end 😢). They are super flexible and always offer multiple options for care. Thank you for all you do for our four-legged furry family and friends!

The staff here clearly care about their animals but the prices are substantially higher than most vets in the Seattle area. There is also some passive aggressiveness from staff, with tones that suggest you are somehow a bad pet owner for certain things (ex, my dog was a little overweight and the dr made a huge deal about how it would be hard on her legs, …she was really just two pounds overweight and is now down to a healthy size within a year.) When asked why my pet was not on simparica or similar preventative, they phrased it as “and what’s the health reason that she’s not on it?” in a condescending way. I said actually it’s financial, and they backed off a bit. I think the staff here are so used to rich clientele that they assume everyone falls under that category, and that if you’re not doing something for your pet it’s because you’re a bad owner or don’t care. We travelled across the city for this vet because of the excellent ratings but I don’t think we will be going back anymore. Would prefer a clinic with more understanding and empathy.
