We just adopted 2 dogs from them. They absolutely lied about them. Never were able to show proof of vaccinations. Said both have been around cats and not violent at all, well after keeping them the dogs separate from cat I then slowly introduced the dogs to cat and finally left them alone with cat and they violently attacked and killed cat. This rescue is a complete fraud. Please people don’t donate to them. They should be never allowed to care for animals. So many other lies they told us. How do we get them Shut down?

I got my dog from this organization over 6 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with her. Cindy seems to be doing great work and the animals are fortunate to have her and the organizations help.

I recently visited here and was deeply disappointed with my experience. The facility was poorly maintained, with dirty and cramped conditions could say even neglectful for the animals. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing proper care. The adoption process was chaotic and unorganized, making it difficult to get any information about the animals. Overall, it was a distressing visit, and I would not recommend this shelter to anyone looking to adopt a pet or support animal welfare.

So disappointed! Their process for adoption is completely ridiculous. I submitted a lengthy application through their website, then I get contacted by text from a random number asking me for all my info again, with an attitude, telling me they “don’t bother” booking meet and greets with paper applications. I literally submitted my address, where I work, who lives with me, very personal information and I need to give out again through text? I don’t think so! Meet me in person and ask for documentation and check me out then, but not through unsecured text, with who the hell knows is on the other end! Who the hell are you! It’s a shame nonprofits like these are clueless! When confronted with my asking why can’t they just get the info from the app I submitted the response was “then you might want to just visit animal control and pick a dog out in person in a less destructive environment!” Agreed your company is destructive! For the poor animals you try to adopt! I will make it a personal mission to tell everyone I know not to adopt from you until you: 1st fix your adoption process, i understand it’s to protect the animals but who protects us and our information and 2nd educate your staff to respond with more respect and less attitude! UPDATE! Not an hour later from the same number, I got threatened with legal action and am now being harassed for leaving my actual interactions with them on this review. This is my point exactly! Instead of reaching out and apologizing for their actions and trying to rectify the situation, they are harassing me and threatening me with legal action and told me they were going to black ball me with all the local rescues! How is this professional and useful? It’s about accountability for your actions! Now my information is out there with these crazy people and who knows what they are going to do with it! Luckily I have all this documented and if anything happens, I have motive! 2nd Update! Now I’m getting text messages from other random phones using my name! I wonder who is behind this?!? This is ridiculous!

She’s a terrible person she steal dogs and rip their eyes out ! They don’t care at all about dogs they are so cruel how can someone harm such an innocent creature I wish this people the hell they deserve they should be rotten in jail for they’re crimes
