I honestly can’t say enough good things about this wonderful organization of rehabilitators. They truly care for any and all local wildlife that needs medical attention or assistance. They’re a huge inspiration to me as I want to work in the same feild. Months ago, I brought in these 4 baby field mice that needed help and they happily accepted them into their nursery until they were old enough to be released! They love educating people and spreading awareness for so many species, even for the animals that aren’t valued enough. I always recommend anyone to go to Northern Colorado Wildlife center if you come across any injured reptile, small mammal or aviary as they’ll always help in anyway they can. 💙

Since the closure of Wildkind at the Larimer Humane Society, the Northern Colorado community lost one of the best resources we had for sick and injured wildlife. Bob and Tallon have put their heart and soul into this organization, and after many years have been able to make their dream a reality. Anyone who believes their pets "freedom" is more important than respecting all the animals who call this place home is nothing but selfish. Please do research on the massive impact even one cat has to native wildlife! This is an absolutely amazing resource that we are lucky to have again, and they deserve every bit of support!

Northern Colorado Wildlife Center is an amazing organization made up of people who are in this field to make the world a better place through their selfless and tireless work. It is not an easy job as it regularly comes with situations beyond their control and they have to make the best decision possible for those without voices. BUT the reward for their long hours, blood, sweat and tears is immeasurable. The success rate this organization holds is entirely due to their extensive knowledge, compassion for each animal that enters their world, fearless action, and the ability to do the hard thing because it is the right thing to do. I look forward to the future of NCWC as Northern Colorado has long been in need of a safe place for wildlife to land that will give them every opportunity for a second chance at life. And a place where people can turn to for help when our wild neighbors leave us scratching our heads about what to do! The fact they are a non-profit and don't charge for ANY of their services is a huge bonus to our community. Thank you Tallon, Bob, Michela, Maddy, and all the incredible seasonals, interns, volunteers AND donors! Keep up the amazing work, you're all truly making a much needed difference. <3

I was very pleased to have a location in Fort Collins to bring in sick or injured animals. The idea is great but the people running this program are horribly disrespectful and rude. All I've recieved is cruel judgement in the form of self righteous and pretentious insults disguised as "education". I brought up how I felt disrespected when I inquired about a animal I had brought in and was given an entire book about how (and im paraphrasing here) Im a horrible person for allowing my cats to be in my own back yard to sun bath while I do yard work and the statistics on how harmful cats are to the ecosystem. To which they responded with the obvious gaslight attempt, "im sorry you feel like we were rude" then continued on about how poor my choices are as a cat owner. I just wanted to know about the animal i brought in. I would suggest if your want to improve, is to stop talking down to people like they're the worst person in the world for utilizing a service your offering and drop the hostility. I was gonna donate and everything, and make this a regular thing to donate as well, but the people running this have completely ruined my faith in them. And I would not be surprised if Im not the only person who has comes to this conclusion. If I could leave 0/5 stars in would. And to the rude lady that berated me via email 👎👎👎 Edit: another 👎 for claiming my cat severly injured 2 animals in 3 days when I have written proof that this bunny only sustained "micro punctures" which btw can be causes by their own claws when scratcher their selves. My cats had nother to do with the bunny. So making a claim that my cats hurt an animal that I found in my yard just because I have outdoor cats is wrong.

I follow their amazing work on social media, and recently moved out of the area. When I moved, I reached out to NoCo Wildlife Center for advice on how to find animal care services in my new location in case I come across distressed urban wildlife. They offered me excellent advice, and I appreciated that they helped with my odd request.

Great organization that clearly loves and cares about the wildlife they care for. I've learned so much from them by following them on social media and I know who to call if I ever need help with a wild animal.
