Description Established in 2001, our facility focuses on therapy and education for pets and their owners, providing a better quality of life and more enjoyment of the physical activities that keep us all healthy. At Back on Track, we build for the pet's long term health. Our programs are designed to help clients learn to help their pet. In addition to our in-clinic therapy plans, each client is provided with a comprehensive customized home care program. Since each animal has different circumstances, time spent in therapy is critical to reaching each pet's optimum performance level.

Dr. Shaw and her staff are miraculous. Our dog has some pretty serious arthritis and hip issues and he's doing SO much better now after visiting B on T once a month. We are so grateful!

Dr.Shaw and her staff at Back On Track were recommended to us by a close friend whose aging pup had been helped by her unique approach to care, as well as the hydrotherapy. We took our then 12-year old Lucy, an Australian Shepherd, to her, desperate for a solution to her nightly incontinence. Dr. Shaw sits on the floor with the dogs, does chiropractic manipulation for tightness and sometimes even acupuncture. She prescribed weekly treatments in the under-water treadmill and various stretching and strengthening exercises. Lucy improved greatly and lived another happy and healthy three years. All of the staff at Back on Track is AMAZING and we are very grateful!

Dr. Bianca Shaw is a rare veterinarian with so much knowledge of animal anatomy and injuries. We are relieved she is helping us learn how to do exercises at home on our dog that has spine injuries. We feel empowered to help Teddy but rely on Dr. Shaw's expertise. She's a wonderful person and the staff are happy and upbeat.

Dr. Shaw performs MIRACLES!! Our shelter dog, Daisy, was severely neglected with her tail broken in 2 places and never treated. She has severe arthritis and Dr. Shaw sees her monthly to gently release contracted muscles so she can move more freely. People who haven't seen Daisy in a few years are AMAZED at how she is able to walk and even run now that she has been seeing Dr. Shaw. The technicians who also work with Dr Shaw are also amazing! We get Daisy's nails clipped by them and they also give her a shot for arthritis every month. They are the only ones who clip her nails and I don't hear them clicking on the floor afterward like I did at other places. Dr. Shaw researches many treatments and medications and is on top of the best available ones to help dogs. The ones she has prescribed for Daisy are more natural and work very well to keep help her arthritis. I cannot praise her enough!

Wonderful care and a fantastic staff. My 12 year old Pointer mix has been doing PT there after her knee surgery. Nice variety of treatments both Western and Eastern.
