What a wonderful and caring place this is. We brought our dog Gunner in on a Saturday for an emergency and the care and response of the Doctor and staff was amazing. We felt tremendous care and a calmness to our emergency and above and beyond in keeping us up to date. Unfortunately he passed the next day but the love and compassion to our family during this difficult time went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Thank you to both Dr Brown's and staff. We will never forget you.

The staff consistently displays kindness and support towards my anxious dog. Throughout the entire process, from check-in to pick-up, I have confidence that they provide excellent care. When I pick him up, he appears visibly content. The vet consistently offers detailed explanations of procedures and provides valuable advice as needed. Thanks to Northwood, my dog, who faced heartworms and severe underweight issues upon adoption, has transformed into a healthy and cherished pup! We appreciate you guys! 🐶❤️
