I would like to start by saying this is not my regular vet clinic. I contacted Animal aid after our mini German Shepherd locked with our other shepherd on Friday while she was in heat, Unfortunately we have busy lives and do not have the time for a liter of puppies so an immediate spay was needed. When I called Friday and asked for the soonest available appointment, not even five minutes later I was on the schedule for Thursday, Awesome! Later that day, They called and said they had an opening for Monday and they were able to move up my girls appointment, even better! When I arrived yesterday there was quite a line for drop off but I was in and out in about 30 minutes, everyone was super friendly especially TATUM, and I opted in on most of the extras for my dog. I got the text around 3:00pm that my girl was ready for pickup. When I arrived around 4:00pm it was a bit crowded because it was pickup time but that was a breeze too. The front desk staff made sure to give me all the aftercare information and let me know what to look out for. This morning my girl is back to her spunky self and I truly appreciate animal aid for being able to accommoadate. THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!!!

Really great experience and care. I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes for drop off or for pick up. They answered all my questions, everything was affordable, and everyone I spoke with was professional. My kittens were spayed with minimal pain and completely recovered within 48 hours. Highly recommend!!

Came with my two pups to get them fixed. It was the best option that took spay/neuter vouchers. They did a great job on my make dogs. The system they have here does make it really crowded in the morning though. I had to wait awhile on a weekday just to check my dogs in. But they were nice and helpful. I also picked up some flea medicine and they were well priced.

Animal Aid has a great staff . Would have gave it 5 ⭐️'s , but the wait time is long. Number system works, but I did see people receiving services without a number. Loved the follow up phone calls the day after my cat got neutered. He's doing so much better! Thank you!

My experience with Animal Aide Spay and Neuter in Tallahassee, Florida was a difficult and emotional one. I brought my dog in because he was in pain and very constipated on 9/11/2024. The vet manager informed me that my dog needed immediate treatment to save his life. As I didn’t have pet insurance or any money on hand, I was desperate for help. A paper was signed by me, provided by the vet manager, stating that my dog would be taken to a rescue center even if I didn't have the funds. The next day, I was informed that my dog had a ruptured anal gland and was given a bill for $328. This was just the beginning of a series of bills that kept increasing each day. Two hours after receiving the first bill, I was given a bill for $651. The following day, I received a bill for $984 and at pick up, I was handed a bill for $1007. To make matters worse, they even added a grooming fee without my permission. This experience left me feeling overwhelmed and helpless. I understand that medical treatment for animals can be costly, but the sudden increase in bills and unauthorized fees caught me off guard. I urge Animal Aide Spay and Neuter to be more transparent about their fees and to communicate effectively with pet owners in similar situations. The experience I had at the vet clinic was truly terrible. The staff was very uninviting and the customer service was awful. The manager, Margo, was especially rude. She even compared my dog to a car, which I found to be extremely disrespectful. What made the situation even worse was that I couldn't help but feel like Margo's behavior towards me was because of my race. As an African American, I have unfortunately experienced discrimination before, and Margo's attitude towards me only added to that feeling. She made snide remarks and seemed to be dismissive of my concerns about my dog's health. To make matters even more bizarre, Margo asked if my dog had gotten into my marijuana. The crazy thing is, I don't even smoke anything. It was a completely baseless assumption, and it made me question the professionalism of the entire clinic. I left the vet clinic feeling upset and disappointed. It's important for businesses to treat all customers with respect and provide excellent customer service, regardless of their race or background. I hope that in the future, this clinic will make an effort to improve their service and treat all customers fairly and with kindness.

Great staff, friendly, courteous and efficient. Always a pleasure to deal with. The other pet owners, not so much. Great place to bring your pet.
