This center has great vets, staff is polite and efficient. It's a little on the expensive side, but they will send you digital copies of vaccinations (like for getting you pets nails trimmed) or your pet's health records to any emergency vet within minutes. This recently came in handy over the weekend so the emergency vet knew exactly what to test and treat for. This tech puts their service high above our previous experiences. Their online pharmacy provider is also really great. Thank you!

Dr. Webb is an absolute GEM! It is so clear how well she treats my two cavaliers by how much they love her every time we have to go in. Going to the vet can be a stressful experience for our pets, but Dr. Webb takes the time to personally get to know your pet and YOU. We absolutely love her - she is detailed and invested in your pets health and is an amazing advocate and resource, treating your pets as she would her own. I trust her completely. This vet is absolutely incredible — specifically Dr. Lashley Webb 🫶🏾 I’ve been taking my (now senior) dog here for 10+ years and have always felt like they genuinely care about my pet’s well-being. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that my doggo receives the best care possible. Dr. Webb is phenomenal! We have a very shy dog and she instantly loved Dr. Webb, which doesn't happen often. She was always extremely kind and very thorough during our appointments. We sadly moved but wish we could always have her as our vet! Highly recommend :)

San Diego Bay animal hospital is the best vet office I’ve ever been to! All the doctors are patient and gentle with my senior dog, and always take the time to listen. They have a variety of appointment types including urgent and emergency visits, which I love so I don’t have to take my dog somewhere new for urgent needs.
