They picked up my boy, Cody, from the vet for us and seem to have done a good job with him. I love the memory page. I was able to put up pics of him. It only took 2 days to get him back (there was ice all on the roads that day but they still drove his remains back to the vet for me). The box they put him in is very pretty. We have 3 other elderly dogs. We will call Serenity when that time comes. Their pricing was more reasonable than their competitors and the price they quote you is exactly what you will be charged. They were very respectful and understanding when I called them to make arrangements.
We were traveling when our pet had a medical emergency and had to be put to sleep. Serenity made arrangements to pick Gus up at the emergency vet clinic since we had to continue on our trip home. They kept me updated on the status of everything and even arranged for him to be shipped back to us in Wyoming. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was so kind and caring. We really do appreciate you
I had to put my sweet baby girl down last year and still have not gotten my baby’s remains back to me nor have they even tried to reach out to me or my husband. I would never use this place unless you want to spend a pretty penny and not get your pets remains back. They will lose you baby just like they did me and my husband’s baby and you won’t hear back they won’t even have the courtesy of letting you know! At this point I just want my money back a sorry would be nice too. But as far as losing my baby’s remains all I can say is yall should be ashamed of yourselves and yall need to do better!
If I didn't have to give this place a star I would have gave them none but in order to put a review I had to give at least one. I was quoted a price in the beginning for my dog to be cremated and put in a urn With picture and engravement done. It was supposed to have an engraving picture of my dog and engravement on it. First of all they said it would be done in 7 to 10 days. it went on the 14th day and I called to find out what was going. I was fine with waiting a little bit more that did not bother me at all because I knew he'd be coming home soon. Then they tell me it should be within the next week I call on that next Friday and found out. He was already dropped off to the vet the day that I called them the first time. when I was told it would be another vet told me that it was their responsibility to call me not the vet's responsibility to let me know that he was there and nobody called me so when I finally found out the day I called a week later I go pick up my dog that same day at the vet open up and there was only stickers of lettering and his picture and there's no engravement whatsoever on it so I proceeded to drive up to the office talk to Susan in the office and she apologize and told me that they would refund me at least $50 for the inconvenience and get it fixed I waited 3 weeks no refund so I proceed to call last week about the refund finding out what's going on so instead of calling me to let me know I'm not receiving a refund last week they tell me they're not gonna refund me because I was already discounted for a misquote from a worker that used to work for them that got fired because of something other things that price therefore They would not honor the refund that I was quoted that I would get then I called today to find out what's going on because I got a call last week and because of my work Schedule and I understand that's my fault I wasn't able to Talk to them last week so I called them today because it was my day off they proceeded to Tell Me that they're not gonna give me the refund and that I received the merchandise which I did receive a merchandise but it was not an engravement picture it was a little picture with a sticker that was Stuck on to the urn with the Engraving but I feel that they should at least refund me $30 or something because of the household everything I've been through that this company has done to me some people might think oh it's just a dog but to me that's my son it's not just a dog is my family member and I feel they did not treat me fairly or give me the right product that was promised and that I did pay for $200. This facility is not worth going to I will never do service with them again and they came very highly recommended and they actually charge more than what another company was gonna charge me and that's why I went to them.
Our sweet senior Rottweiler passed away unexpectedly last week. We are very new to the area and had no idea what to do. After calling several similar places of business early that morning, Serenity Pet Cremation got back to me quickly and arrived at our house in about 2 hours. We received her ashes and paw print in less than a week. I highly recommend Serenity for difficult times such as this.
The communication here is absolutely horrible. My rottie, Jade, had to be put to sleep, so I called this place to cremate her. The morning I called them, they had me speak to like 4 different people, all different phone numbers, nobody seemed to know what the hell to do. I then told one of them, never mind, I will let the vet cremate her. These people still came to the vet and picked up my deceased dog. AFTER I TOLD THEM NEVERMIND! Then the vet called me confused and apologizing they gave these people my dog. They then tried to call multiple times and get payment from me. Again after I told them their service's were NOT needed nor wanted. I never paid them, they won’t get a dime from me, but I am sad not knowing what happened to my precious Jade and if these people ever cremated her or not. Do NOT RECOMMEND!
