We were very happy to find our new pup. But the price just kept going up and up. We didn't even get the "free" puppy kit. They gave us a bag of adult food. Pup has thrown up and had diarrhea for a week. Took to vet. And got the run around. 2 weeks in and over $4000 for a sick pup that they knew was sick when they sold her to us and could get no return on her. They sold us a pup that was sick . Don't buy the warranty cause it isn't worth the paper it's wrote on. Pets land and pet solution should be ashamed for treating families this way. I have her on pup food recommended by vet so I have voided warranty for not feeding the pup adult food.. so disappointed 😞

Such amazing staff. I can't stress enough how helpful and knowledgeable they are. Unique and adorable puppy selection. I came in looking at Hamsters and fell in love with the pups. I found some great chew toys for my dogs and play toys for my cats.

Edit: Here Petland the photo I added is him as a pup at Petland being "adopted". Petland called my review a lie, you really think I would lie about my dog I care so much about, I cry every single day over my baby. He was my literal child. You really think my dad who beat the dog would seek medical care for it when he knows he would forcibly have it removed, no I took the dog by force because he wasn't caring for him and beating him. He never mentioned to me you guys cover vet bill for hereditary issues. I paid $3,000 to keep him alive as long as I could and his final night on earth My dad told me to go ahead and put him down because he wasn't worth it. You know damn well we have to papers to prove he was bought there. The vets said his idiopathic epilepsy was due to his genes not my dad. I don't talk to my dad anymore because of how he felt about the dog. You are just proving even more how evil of a company you are by calling me a liar. My baby deserved to live but I guess I'm a liar because all this pain his death put me through is a lie I guess. I kiss his urn, I touch his urn everyday, I put all his toys around his urn. I have a whole wall dedicated to him and pictures across my whole house for him. I really hope someone come in and shuts your place down. My dad bought a double red merle Aussie from here. My dad since day one beat this dog. I had to take the Aussie after 9 months. The Aussie was in my care for 2 years. The Aussie had idiopathic epilepsy, never mentioned anything to my dad that epilepsy could run in the family. They told him they purposely bred two red merles to prevent it. I had to watch my baby have violent seizures so bad we didn't know if he was going to survive them. No matter how many times we were told by the vet to up the dose, or change prescription, he still died. At the young age of 3 died at a hospital and 3am. Petland doesn't care who they sell to, what the dog has, they aren't a rescue, they have ex employees talking about how many puppies die in their care from illness. If there is a god he would see this place as a greedy Hell. I will never forgive this place for bringing angels into this world just to watch them suffer for profit. Maybe if PETLAND wants to be a puppy mill they could at least do background checks on people like how adoption places around Tulsa does. But either way puppy mills are evil, you can find purebreds easily from specific adoption websites. Dogs don't need to be purebred to have the personality you want. Rest in peace Bocephus you deserved so much more, you deserved to get old and gray, the whole farm was yours, I cry for you everyday. My life is empty without your love.

My Wife and I went in to look at some puppies and wish that we could have left with one, Kirby was a great help and was very knowledgeable on the animals. Very clean and all of the puppies were in good spirits. The only thing is the price charged for the puppies, It is very high and most people will walk away at the word financing.

I am embarrassed to have purchased here. There are so many things wrong with this system, especially when it comes to animal rights. Not only are there no age restrictions as to who can purchase an animal, but every puppy comes from a puppy mill and every bird’s wings are clipped. I went in today seeing that there was a puppy sale and found that every puppy was a purebred. Employees were describing them as “the highest quality” and were actively encouraging teenagers to buy 45% off puppies. There were signs on the walls that were shaming you for not giving the puppies a warm home and saying that you’re missing out on the puppy you want so badly by leaving without it. I also took a liking to one of the rabbits there, and upon finding out that I enjoyed rabbits, one of the workers followed me around explaining that rabbits would be perfect for me in my life and were only around $300! This happened with everything that I looked at. I am embarrassed to know that I supported Petland. Adopt don’t shop.

Saw a sign at breakfast about puppy sales today, came in and found the sweetest 4month old great Dane. We knew after spending 5 mins with him that we needed him! Got approved for financing and we are on our way. So helpful, the care package you get to take with them is amazing! Really great group of employees! Very satisfied!
