The first 2 photos are before and the last 3 are now. One of the before pictures was taken 2 days ago! Look at that chopped up uneven mess!!!! I have been going here about a year or year and a half. I have always been happy when leaving. I have had different groomers and I can say Chasity was my absolute favorite. However she is gone now so I’ve been shuffled around between the ones they have. I say the same thing to every groomer, DO NOT TOUCH MY DOGS EARS OR TAIL!!! I’ve said it till the cows come home. Imagine my horror when I picked my dog up today only to see her ears chopped up. I am beyond livid!!! What makes it that much worse is because I was being lied to saying nobody touched her ears. I showed them a picture from 2 days ago showing how long her ears were. My neighbor noticed as soon as I got back home. I sent pictures to my daughter and she also said they chopped them up! I love this place, I really do. I have recommended so many people to this place. I want answers as well as an apology. This is unacceptable!!! Editing to say I reading all the bad reviews I see a common thing. The groomer does whatever kind of cut they choose and not what the pet owner tells them. Also the reply is always the same from the business. Still waiting for my refund I was told I would get. I don’t want to pay a dime for the groomers mess.

Great experience today at Royal Treatment! Olivia did an awesome job! Not only did she listen to how I wanted my dog’s haircuts, but she also finished them both before 11:00 AM so I was able to pick them up on my lunch break. I definitely notice my dogs are less stressed here than other groomers, which is another bonus!

My Golden Retriever can be hard to groom because of his anxiety but I was very pleased with my experience at The Royal Treatment. Charlie's trim looked wonderful and he smelled great. The extra for the shed -less has been worth it, a lot less golden hair on my floors. We will be back and will also bring my other three dogs for some pampering.

I still love this place! I now have two dogs who only come here for all their needs! I have one big baby and a little rascal, both of which the Royal Treatment Team takes excellent care of! I love how they actually remember my dogs when I drop them off for grooming or daycare and anything important about their stay! Will only come here for the remainder of my time in Baton Rouge!!

We love Royal Treatment! My pup has been getting groomed here since September,and all of the groomers here have done an amazing job with her grooming; including my unconventional request for a Mohawk! Ripple is always looking, feeling, and smelling her best after her routine Spa Day!! She also frequents Romp n Roll and always has a blast!
