I’m from out of state and my French Bulldog had an event with his IVDD. Dr Phillips Animal Hospital was able to see us the same day I called. My dog was in pain and withdrawn. Dr Qasim took care of my dog with his expertise and compassion. His care and his staff were excellent. Thank you for being there.

Brought my cat in for a declawing consult. We waited almost an hour after our appointment time to be seen by the vet. We talked to the vet for less than ten minutes and were charged $65. While checking out I held up a flier that was lying on the counter. On said flier the consult fee was listed as $15. When I asked about it the receptionist put it behind the desk and had nothing to say. The vibe in this place was off putting. It felt like they had too many patients for one vet. More of a money making operation rather than being there for the pets. I’ll be taking my fur baby somewhere else for his care.

Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital is the best, Dr. Qusim is the best vet I have ever had, he cares and has a kind heart to help in any way he can to do his best for my Puppy Baba Spikeo and his wonderful staffs too, specifically Kath and Meme, they take good care of my Puppy Baba Spikeo, and that makes me very happy because my Baba Spikeo is like my child, I love him very much.He is feeling much better now, first vet he has ever been comfortable with, I have went to other vets but none is like Dr. Qusim he is the best! When I moved to Dr Philips about 6 years ago, it was an easy decision to choose Dr Philips Animal Hospital for the convenience of being close to us whenever needed. Since then, I always took my little Shi-Tsu there whenever he needed medical care and I was very satisfied with the care we received there. But after nearly 16 years of unconditional love and boundless happiness, I had to bid farewell to my beloved little dog, Tico. Cancer and blindness had mercilessly taken its toll on him, draining his energy and strength. It was a Saturday late afternoon when I made the call and they were able to accommodate me in the very last minute. Thank you Dr. Qasin and your team from Dr Philips Animal Hospital for the professionalism and for making the process as smooth and caring as possible.

I'm kinda surprised about all of the positive reviews here. I've had two experiences with the Dr. Phillip's Animal Hospital. The first time I came in to have a cat declawed (I'm not here to debate how anyone feels about that procedure, just to tell my story). They looked at my cat and brought me back for the consultation. The doctor said he hated the procedure, that he hoped the state outlawed it, but then agreed to do it anyways. That was the kicker for me. Plenty of places don't do it. If they were against the procedure, they could say "no", but they didn't. They gave a big moral guilt speech and then took the money. More recently, a different cat was in distress (would later be determined elsewhere to be a stroke). We called them and were told if we weren't there by 4 - they closed at 5 - they wouldn't see our pet. They are an emergency place that accepts walk-ins, but they all wanted out of there at 5 PM, period. So, my impression for these experiences is that money and convenience ultimately came before the animal in question. I see all these great reviews, but I see them for a place that doesn't seem to stand for anything. We won't be using them again.

Dr Qasim is amazing, he has taken care of my dogs for years. He is always helpful and very attentive to all of our concerns. He is open late and thats a plus. We fully trust our dogs care to him.
