Description Rocky's Retreat was founded in 2011 as a canine health and wellness practice. In September 2011, Sherri Cappabianca and Toby Gass christened Rocky's Retreat Canine Health & Fitness Center, their 7000 square foot state of the art facility in Orlando. Here you will find a comprehensive array of services that include hydrotherapy in Florida's only indoor dog pool, and more. In late October 2017, April Cox became the new owner of Rocky's Retreat. Rocky's Retreat offers many great services for dogs of all shapes and sizes including overnight boarding and dog daycare in an intimate and supportive setting, where your dog will thrive.

Rocky’s Retreat is great! I’ve been taking my dogs here for years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. With 3 high energy cattle dogs, one of them being special needs, it can be hard to find sitters that I trust to meet their needs. I know my dogs love their time here though! I also appreciate the daily report cards and photos.

We came to Florida for 5 days and had to board our Lab puppy. After much research, we chose Rocky’s retreat and I could not be more happy with how well they took care of our dog! They sent us pictures, videos and updates every day and were very communicative throughout the entirety of our trip!! Our dog had so much fun and enjoyed making all new doggy friends! They accommodated her strict dietary needs and made sure she was happy and safe! We just picked her up today and it seems like she misses her doggy friends more than she missed us 😂😂. Definitely more than a 5 star experience!

Rocky’s is a very special place. Our dog “ Chop” is very happily excited whenever we take him there. The owners are very caring and you can feel the relaxed atmosphere and positive energy as soon as you step in. Our dog has a very good and loving time every time he is there.

I am very happy with my fur baby (Beckham's) first boarding with Rocky's Retreat. I went there prior to scheduling and got a tour of the facility. The facility was clean, cozy and very safe. I had a feeling Beckham would be well taken care of.... and he was. During his 3 night stay, I received report cards with pictures every day and when I went to pick him up, he looked great! He didn't look stressed or anxious. The owner and staff at Rocky's Retreat are very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I have recently moved down to Florida and was nervous if I would ever find a good, safe boarding facility that I could trust, and I did!

I wanted to update my review and put some more recent pictures : Our relationship with Rocky’s continues and we love the staff even more. sQooby has continue to board with Rocky’s sometimes as long as a month and when we pick him up he looks healthy and extremely happy. He recently had a birthday and the staff went all out I could not have been happier with the results. Eva was amazing and made wonderful pup cakes and treats for all his party attendees. We just can’t say enough of Rocky’s, the staff is amazing and caring, they offer so many options and amenities and will go out there way to make sure your pup is comfortable. So happy to have found Rocky’s Retreat for my 3 year old American Pitt. We needed somewhere for him to stay for 3 nights and it’s always stressful trying to find a place where I know he would be comfortable and not discriminated against due to his breed. He was treated so well and also had a swim class that by the pictures I could tell he enjoyed very much. I love the daily updates it made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My husband and I were able to walk him up to his beautiful and spacious suite. I’m thankful to have found Rocky’s Retreat and thankful for the hardworking staff there. He’s found his new home away from home ♥️

Our dogs had a great time in the swim therapy classes! Trainer was knowledgeable and knew how to handle the needs of our older dog as well as our young pup.
