Applied to adopt a cat and received a denial email with no reasoning or information at 2:00am the morning after submitting. I’m very surprised, as we adopted from an arguably more credible and well known (very thorough) rescue recently without issue.

These people have horrible customer service. It is very unprofessional, very biased, and almost discriminatory in how to choose who gets a pet. I found out about a cat I wanted on Petfinder. Petfinder said it was an intense match. I start an inquiry. No response. Then, I apply, matching everything from my Petfinder account to what the cat needs and my needs. It should be a good fit and no problem, right? Two hours later, they denied me via email without rhyme or reason. I ask why, and no one responds. I call, and no one answers. These type of things happening is why people are wary of getting animals from shelters. This doesn't seem right at all.

I found Barb by using Google. She is absolutely amazing and helped take in my cat. I felt no judgment and she was very helpful. I know the cat will be taken care of and find a new loving forever home. Thank you Barb.

Horrible experience. This organization engaged in behavior that was intrusive, did not communicate their expectations clearly, did not have clear, equitable, and consistent standards and engaged in bullying behavior and conduct. I do not recommend them.

Wonderful group to work with! My momma has found a bunch of kittens forever homes and So may sweet babies need to find theirs!
