We bring both our dogs to get groomed here. Luke here was groomed yesterday and I'm always so happy with the results. His fur is evenly cut which hasn't been the case with a professional dog groomer we used to take him to. I love how they decided to file his nails a bit too, along with the nail trim. And they added a cute yellow bandana on him that looks adorable. And the prices are hard to beat. I really love how these groomers genuinely care and take their time vs other groomers.

Loved the wash stations. Shampoo and towels are provided. Great setup. My son washed his dog at a Pet Supplies Plus in Grand Rapids, I was happy to find o e in Omaha. However, there are a couple differences. In Grand Rapids it seems like the stalls are a little higher, and there was one stall that was considerably higher than the others. That would have been a little more comfortable.

The store is very clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have comparable pricing to other local stores, if not better. You can sign up for a membership and cash in on the points you rack up. They have a self wash for dogs and offer up grooming services as well.

Had to give one star to give a review but in my book you are -25 stars brought my Maltese in and you shaved him bald will never go back ! I will give you guys negative feedback!! I paid $100 for you to shave a dog and it is a poor job like a tow year old did it !!! Never never will come back never!!!!!

I am so disappointed and had such high hopes as I love the one in La vista. Unfortunately this one is NOT the same. I have gone in multiple times since they opened and had extra items placed on my receipt. It’s usually an hour before they close in the evenings, but it’s disheartening that they do that. You also have to watch prices here. Which can be a struggle if your shopping with your pet. I have a bath card, but I feel much more comfortable going to the La Vista location. It’s too bad as I believe this one is locally owned. But after multiple times of being charged for items I did not buy and having to watch prices when I get to the check out, and feeling awkward to say anything. I walk out with 20 less dollars then I was planing on spending and feeling ripped off.

Brittany in the grooming salon was amazing with my retired service dog Scrappy Doo. He came back a totally different dog. He looked, and smelled amazing! His breath was so much fresher, and his teeth looked amazing! Thank you so much for taking suck great care of our old man!
