Staff have been SO helpful and kind at Westgate. It has been the highest quality vet care for the lowest price in Omaha. Having a lot of pets can get incredibly expensive real fast. I would absolutely recommend this place to cat and dog lovers alike.

One of the best! They came highly recommended by close family & I have to say they are great at managing pets & their owners. Always very welcoming, calm, & friendly. I fully trust them with my dog & I believe they are very competitively priced for the level of care you receive. Very happy to have found them!

Giving this one stars because of the receptionist. I just got off the phone with her. I was in the middle of describing the symptoms of my cat and she immediately assumed I had been there before. She couldn't find my name on the computer and I told her I've never been there. I asked her if I could come in. She then said, I kid you not, "Today you can't. Our vet is allergic to cats, and we are too busy". Allergic to cats?? Why are you a vet? So then I ask if I can set up an appointment for tomorrow or as soon as possible, and she said no and recommended another place behind the Hy-Vee located around there. Absolutely insane. Get a better receptionist. She lost you a customer

Amazing secretary and vets. Have always had a great experience every time I’ve came in and they usually can get me in very quick if needed. We saw Dr Peterson and were very impressed.

Highly recommended!!! Dr Peterson is the absolute best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great parking also close handicap parking. Very reasonably pricing. The urgent care wanted to put down my dog but Dr. Peterson saved him. He is the absolute best vet I've ever had and he never makes me feel rushed he explains everything. 5 star rating and you won't find a better vet. Been going here 6 years now.

Great experiences with this vet all around. I always felt confident taking my senior dog to see them. We always got an appointment within a week when something questionable came up. Very kind and very helpful receptionists and vet techs! We love Dr. Grant, she is amazing! Sometimes you would be left sitting in a room for 20-30, maybe 40 minutes but it was worth it for us. I wish I could've taken their competence, reasonable pricing, skillset, knowledge, friendliness, thoughtful scheduling with me when I moved out of state.
