My dogs LOVE the Canine Country Club. The dogs get excited ANY time they hop in the car. The staff is always so friendly and remembers their names. One of my dogs is a bit anxious but they seem to have cracked the code on how to behave around her. Both locations are great but just due to where we live we tend to go to the Westside location more. If you ever have a time where you're going to be away or need the dogs out of the house, it's nice to have a place to take the dogs for daycare; the drop off and pickup are easy. Canine Country Club divides the dogs up into large and small pets for day care, and they'll give great snacks for a very small fee. The dogs are always exhausted after a day of playing there. Canine Country Club also sends a digital report card that tells you how your dogs did. I've attached a picture from one of those below because Nugget's smile tickles me. For longer trips, you'll want to call in advance, especially if you're planning on taking a trip at peak times. But the dogs seem happy. They'll feed your dogs, and there are options for them to have plenty of play time, snacks, and daily photo updates. Grooming services are great too. The room for cats also looks nice and mellow, if cats are your thing.

Canine Country Club is the best, not just in ABQ but of any kennel I have ever used for my dog. I have a senior dog with special needs & clever tendencies. They keep her safe, they take amazing care of her, they administer her meds & treats, & are always happy to give updates if we have to leave her for more than a few days. Their check in & reservation process is super easy. The staff are all extremely kind, patient, helpful, & amazing with the dogs. They give a nice report card detailing the dogs stay. Their package of add ons are comprehensive & highly customizable for any dogs needs. They are also one of the very few that have playtime options for dogs that isn’t solely group play during their stay (an absolute must for my old girl). To be clear, they offer group play as well but my dog cannot partake. Since we found this kennel they have been my go to & will continue to be so. I highly recommend.

I took my elderly cat in for grooming. Staff were able to express her painfully clogged anal glands when I and my vet could not. I am so grateful I could cry. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

My dog, Callie, loves going to daycare at the Westside CC! She is a very social pup and loves meeting and playing with her new and old friends. This has been the best decision for my sweet girl. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very efficient at their jobs. They send daily pawgress reports with photos. They have a free meet and greet trial day if you want to see how your pup does. Give them a try!

My cat boarded here for a week while we went out of town, and it was great! She is adjusting well to being home (she often takes a while, but is doing so more quickly now) and she doesn’t seem depressed or anxious like with our other boarding experiences. We will definitely come back next time we need to board her!

First time bringing our little ones for boarding and they did great!!! I loved being able to see them on video when they were at outdoor play and their little report going in depth on both with how they did! With no family in town I'm so happy I found a place to trust with our fur babies!
