I do not recommend. They didn’t even pump out the other side of septic. I had to empty 2 years later because of this. I got ripped off and also ripped me off by charging 200 to pour liquid. Almost 1,000$ for what exactly…

I can't say enough good things about this Company and the people I spoke with from the office to the gentleman that came out to the house. I had so many dumb questions and they were very patient and answered all of them. Everyone was kind!!!! The 2 gentleman that came out were very polite and patient, I would recommend them to anyone I talk to!!!!!! They were very affordable and didn't try to cheat me like the last compant I used. I was skeptical at first when they pick up because they just say “plumbing service” but lost that skepticism quickly when Westin showed up an hour later. He is very professional and even took it like a champ when my 2 80lb puppies jumped him in the kitchen! Made me feel like a dang fool (in a good way) with how easy the fixes were. Would & have definitely recommended! Thanks!!

Came out to pump septic tank, $1,475 later left and 2 days later a large hole was forming in yard. Man came back out and said both tanks were full again. Becuse of a small leak in bathroom . This is hard to believe since never had any problems in 15 years. Had to hire another company and was told that they never pumped all waste out of tanks. we were never given a itemized. Statement for all the charges that incured for their service. Not a honest company. Had another company do the job at $1000 cheaper, works like it should again. Beware

Great service. Same day. He found the main valve when 3 guys from the Rooter couldn't. Made them look bad. Very impressive but very pricey.
