I have never seen the likes of this high calibre of Veterinary service in all my years of having pets! They cared so much about our Maddie, a 3 month old, Coton-Tzu. Their quality of information, and loving of our Maddie was unbelievable....We were contacted in our car, from the parking lot, that all was ready for Maddie. When we went inside, we were ushered into her room, all set up with a large covered pillow on the floor with all these amazingly clean (brand new?) toys! She was in heaven!! As the nurse, Madison, transcripted the Dr.'s and our conversation, she would every now and then give Maddie a tiny treat, that put Maddie over the moon. (Gerber Baby food!) We now have it in our fridge! I could go on and on about Dr. Tracy and Madison. It felt like we were their only patients for the day!....They are a Fear-Free Clinic and so much more! I felt like we were V.I.P. guests at a hotel. We learned SO much! And plan to take advantage of their puppy socialization classes. Thank you Viking, for your amazing quality of care. Both of my dogs have had great experiences at this vet. Their "fear free" experience is what leads to my dogs eagerly entering the building. They clearly care about the pets here, and take past behavior into account to make each visit as drama-free as possible. They allow for a variety of snacks to positively reinforce your pets. They have a variety of different treatments they can provide your dogs as well. The only downside is wait time for appointments can be long, but the service is incredible. Update: continues to be a great vet for my dogs. They were so wonderful about accommodating my bringing both of my dogs to a vet visit for one of them, and gave them both treats.

I had my 10 year old tuxedo for a teeth cleaning. Their examination before proceeding was very extensive and created a fear free atmosphere for my pet and his owner. I got a report along the way so I was really assured he was in good hands. Highly recommended

Update: I still love these guys. They were great with my dogs, and made my tiny man absolutely ecstatic over his 5-star treatment. They also worked really well with my anxiety ridden self, and slightly anxious doggo. I still recommend them 100%. After moving to Portland, I struggled to find a vet for my pets. They were recommended to me through a coworker. Although you have to book routine appointments 2-3 months in advance, it's worth it. They've dealt with my demon spawn wonderfully and have never pushed treatments on me. They simply do their exam as gently and fear free as possible, and give you a list of recommendations. They also answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm sure I made them late to their next appointment with all of the questions and add-ons I did to them, but they never seemed frustrated or tried to rush me. 100% will recommend them to others and will continue to use them.

My dog contracted kennel cough here. Then got pneumonia… said they wouldn’t see me dog for follow up care until I paid my $150 balance of MEDS that I didn’t want my dog on in the first place. Wanted to see money rather care about how my dog was doing. Very very frustrating when the lack of care is not there
