They saved my dog’s life when he was attacked by another dog. They also fit my cat in for a last minute surgery. Amazing service and affordable prices compared to other specialty hospitals. I am thankful to the techs Elton & Michelle who took great care of my babies. I would trust them with all of my pets!!

I can't thank these folks enough. They brought me piece of mind when my pup fell suddenly ill one Monday evening. Everyone I spoke with was polite and patient, this stood out to me as I was already anxious for my fur baby. They maintained transparency throughout the process and worked with me to find more affordable options for emergency care. I was impressed at the level of communication and honesty throughout the whole experience. What beautiful people. Not outrageously priced for emergency veterinary care. Keep the address and phone number in your contacts in the case of an emergency, but be mindful of their hours!

This is the best Pet Urgent Care. I have had to visit here twice. Its always scary to have to be in this situation and bring your pets to Urgent Care. If your pet is sick and your regular vet isn't open or can't see them then I recommend you come here. Both visits were life saving and this post is long overdue. One kitten was a rescue and in bad shape, I wont go into details but she needed help asap or she was not going to make it after being stuck in a car engine of a neighbor. We have a feral cat problem in our neighborhood. This girl is much bigger now and alive thanks to this vet. My dog is also doing great after she was stunk by a bee. I should have written this review weeks ago. Thank You San Diego Vet Urgent Care.

Was in town for a week and my pup wasn’t feeling well. They took amazing care of her. Were able to give her a pill and. Y next morning was better. They’re the very best

The staff was incredibly friendly, but the experience certainly could have been better. First, they don’t allow customers inside and when it is an emergency situation with your pet, it would be nice to be able to enter the building they are going into to check it out, especially since the outside is very sketchy looking. Sure, I could have gone somewhere else but I actually tried. Several other locations. She was not hurt enough for other places to take her, so we came here. However, the worst part was the cost. Yes, it was an emergency visit, but my cat wasn’t that badly hurt. She cut her paw on a razor blade and needed it cleaned and bandaged because it was bleeding. No stitches needed, no glue, just a little basic first aid I could have done to a human easily but since she’s a cat and it’s her paw and she has fur and needs to use a litter box…we needed medical attention. $600!! For a cleaning and a bandage and the medication. She basically needed a bandaid and it was more than half a grand. Crazy, but what were we gonna do? We also had to pay to remove the bandage 2 days later. We took her to our regular vet and thankfully they gave us a discount, but after spending $600 the day before, our finances were completely ruined for the month. Our pets are worth it but I shiver at what a real emergency would have cost at this establishment if a cleaning, bandage, and medication cost $600.

They got me in super fast for my dog’s emergency and the rates were VERY reasonable for emergency care. Most emergency care is like 3-4 times the price of normal Vet care but this was extremely reasonable. Got there at 8pm and they rushed her right back and straight into surgery. I’m so impressed that they were so responsive and caring. My dog is recovering well and I’m so thankful for the excellent care!
