Waste of money. Don’t bring your animal here unless they are about to die. They don’t even want to prescribe antibiotics. I also requested some sort of pain killer for my cat(which the doc offered) And then when I showed up, they told me it would be another 40 minutes just to get the pain meds because the doctor didn’t think I wanted them. Even though I specifically told him that I needed them. No communication no help whatsoever extra extra charges.

Dr. Withers and the team have been exceptional dealing with routine care (including dental) for my pup. They are very communicative and make me and my pup feel comfortable when we are there. The front desk staff have always been helpful and responsive when I need appointments made, etc. This is a busy location that is recently undergone a refurbishment of their interior waiting room which has made the experience even better. Thank you to the team!

Took in my newly adopted dog for an appt. The assistant and vet were both incredibly patient and encouraging with my shy and timid dog. Much affirmation and praise. Tried IB Pet Hospital with our other dog and experienced the opposite. We will take both dogs here in the future! Couple more notes: Front desk staff could have been more welcoming, but nothing deterred me away. Information is easily displayed, including emergency vet contact. Overall I would highly recommend this vet hospital.

We've been to a handful of VCA locations from rural Wisconsin, the Chicago suburbs and a couple locations in San Diego. We've always recieved great service and great experiences with the medical staff. This location is an exception. The staff is rude, slow &/or non-responsive. The medical side of things wasgood as we've come to expect. For our dogs we've found much better service elsewhere.

Dr Garcia is a wonderful Veterinarian. He’s the only person I trust caring for my fur-baby, Ollie. Highly recommend this location and Dr. Garcia.

Dr. Garcia was the absolute best and his team on the day I went were amazing. I was nervous about coming in because I wasn't sure how I was going to be perceived because my cat, my best boy, had fleas from my apartment complex. The staff put me at ease and Dr. Garcia was able to put me on a plan to help my boy get rid of his fleas, and to help with the itchiness he as facing. My cat, Night, however, would give this place a 4.5/5 because Dr. Garcia did inform me that he needs to lose a little bit of weight and to probably cut down on his treats. Night loves his treats and has grievances that he will tell Dr. Garcia on our next visit about his lack of treats. If you're thinking about taking your animal family member here, do it.
