Never ever take your precious fur baby to these unbelievable people! I just now looked at the reviews. Should have looked before but I had brought my dog and had good service. Today I left my dog there all day long. They did nothing for my dog refuse to return my calls. I left a message that they could do anything that they needed to. As far as testing in regards to my dog, they did nothing and now I've checked the reviews and it's I see that this place is gone downhill. My poor dog got no care whatsoever. I would never ever take an animal here and if you read the rest of the reviews you won't either.!

I have paid Banfield for 10 plus years for pet insurance. This evening my dog was knocked off the balcony by my other dog. So, we rushed her to the vet. They were open and would not even look at my dog. I was just repeatedly told we are not an emergency vet. They wouldn’t even do a basic exam to check her out. Absolutely ridiculous. I was just handed a paper and told go elsewhere. I will 100% never use Banfield again. Canceling insurance immediately!

This place is absolutely terrible. Every single time I take my dog here it’s like they either A) don’t keep track of his medicine records or B) fail to write down all of his medical history on his record. These people will take your money and your dog will remain ill. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible profits focused organization; unlike their advertised mission statement, which is to serve pets and their owners in the community. Perhaps at one point, they were decent, but that time has long passed. If I could provide no stars for this review, I would. Owners/fur baby parents: educate yourselves about your fur baby health and café for them right the first time to decrease the likelihood of requiring the services of such places.

Honestly one star is over what they deserve. This is in reference to the one in Murphy Canyon Rd right inside of PetSmart store. We have been members of this institution for about 5 years and out of the many that we have visited and used, this one is the worst! Personnel not friendly at all. Every time that we need to scheduled a visit for something out of their regular scheduled visits is not processed. We have not been able to obtain an appointment at all They offered one but like 3-4 weeks out when we mentioned that it is kind of an emergency but not quite an emergency. They straightforward sent us to the Emergency room. There has been more than one time that after dropping our pet for semestral checking, they called asking to pick the pet up since something has raised and they would not be able to complete the task. Therefore, rescheduling for a future day to complete the process. This is not only inconvenient for us, that we have to get early if work for pick up or late starting permission from the boss so pet could be dropped early. But, also for our pet whom is very nervous and anxious. Plus the gas and time needed to accomplish another trip to the store. They have over charging us for few things that we were not advised on. An example is that they argue that 40-50 dollars where added to the due amount since extra instruments and globes where needed in order to complete a task. This is in my opinion a rip-off!!
