my cat needed to be monitored overnight after getting a urinal block (which is deadly) and our home vet recommended us taking him here for a few nights. the staff was so helpful and made themselves available overnight for us to check on him and they called us with updates. we’re so thankful for their help in our baby’s recovery!! everyone was very nice and helpful and everyone said they loved him!

Brought Biscuit in Sunday night because she was choking on kibble. The receptionist got her straight back and they were able to get the kibble out and get my pup back to her normal crazy self. The staff seemed super friendly, pleasant and understanding to all the people I seen them interact with while I was in there. So happy there’s a 24 hour emergency vet office here in this town even more happy that it’s these guys.

If there is an emergency please come here! My husband and I recently had to move cross country in our tiny car with our two cats. 6 hours in my baby girl started having a serious emergency and we had to stop at this ER. It was one of the scariest days of my life. Not only did the staff here listen to our problems, but they truly did everything in their power to find the issues and fix my baby. I cannot express my gratitude and thankfulness enough. They diagnosed her with feline asthma which is something that I’ve been asking vet’s about her whole life and been ignored! It felt so great to be heard for once! They spoke kindly to my husband, better than any vet we’ve been to in a few years. Without the medication they gave us, I know she wouldn’t have been able to make it on the trip. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are angels and you saved my baby!

highly recommend based off my visit today! They squeeze my pup in even though they were extremely busy. Very affordable, informative, and caring vets/ techs. Will be back if anything else unfortunate happens to my girl!

The staff (especially Tory!) were all very kind and had lots of compassion for our situation. We had to euthanize our sweet Oakley in the middle of the night after a tumor on his spleen ruptured and caused internal bleeding. They helped him feel more comfortable in the last hours of his life. The vet also explained in detail how the euthanization would happen, which I really appreciated. They are also taking care of the cremation and paw prints. I highly recommend WestVet.
