Had our dog’s haircut here this morning. We are happy with the length and that her face is cleaned up. Ears could have been trimmed up more, but I think that’s something we would need to request. We did request that the tail be trimmed up, and it looks nice. The associate did upgrade us with our permission. It needs to be clarified that there are two types of nails being done. The $52 package we originally signed up for (Bath & Full Haircut) said that nails would be trimmed. That package says, “Service includes a customized full body haircut, shampoo pH-balanced for dogs, full blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad trim to neaten the feet & sanitary trim.” The extra $27 upgrade included a nail trim and grind. That was the Deluxe package, “Upgraded shampoo & conditioner based on your pet's needs as well as nail trim & grind, teeth brushing & breath freshener, cologne spritz, and bow or bandana.” The associate did tell us that the teeth brushing would be included, we just have to trust that was done along with the cologne spritz and special shampoo/conditioner. We did not receive the bow or bandana. Overall good experience and we are thankful for the associate who cut our dog’s hair. As you can see in the pictures, her face really needed the clean up and that was done nicely.

Jessica was fabulous!! We brought in our two huskys and they needed it all done, they were a mess! When we picked them up they were fluffy and trimmed up! Their coats were shiny, they smelled good, and they were beautiful! I will definitely be bringing my furry babies back here! Jessica did a fantastic job!! Thank you!

The staff are always super helpful and helped us get my friends pup signed up for training classes. The classes are amazing and the instructor is sweet and answers any and all questions we might have and is very understanding with the animals

They pretty much have everything pet related. Some things are a little pricey but others are more reasonable. So it all works out The staff had ALWAYS been helpful! Which is really nice. So many other store employees act like they are doing you a favor. So far the employees have been 5* for me

Went in to the store tonight to get a moss-ball for my goldfish. The store was very clean. We were immediately asked if we needed help - very friendly and helpful staff. The fish seemed happy and healthy, couldn't see any dead floaties. The kittens were so cute and happy. The cages were all clean and all live animals seemed happy. Charity at checkouts was so friendly. They had candy for customers in the spirit of Halloween. Had a very good experience!
