We have been looking for the perfect fit for our family and lifestyle and we finally found this little fluff ball at exotic pets. I've never spent so much for a puppy before but this little guy is worth every penny. Even the kitty loves him and his puppy antics

I never have a good experience in here. It’s either dirty, with poor care to the animals or the customer service is awful. Unfortunately today, it was both. Wish this shop would take better care of their animals and make it their top priority as it is a pet store. Also not sure as to why this pup was in a glass container and not in the puppy section in the bins with the other pups. I hope to see improvement in this shop.

I got my little baby orange and white kitten from here 3 days ago. We named him Otto he is just the purrfect little addition to our home. He was socialized extremely well with people and animals. Believe or not his BFF is a pitbull. The employees were standoffish at first but I got over that fast when I met this kitten. My only complaint is you should hire a 3rd person for every shift that just cleans. Pee piles are understandable but there should be someone working that has time to clean it right away so the business looks and smells professional. Other than that I'm so happy I stopped by, I never would have found a kitten with a personality that fits so well in this fur family <3

I visited this store looking for a bird for my wife. After browsing around for a few minutes and not finding anything I decided to ask for assistance. I walked up to the register to ask a question but the associate running the register looked busy, or so I assumed. She was having a casual conversation with another woman about each other’s day. When I politely interrupted their conversation by saying “excuse me ma’am” the associate made eye contact with me and did not bother to even acknowledge me. I waited for them for what felt like 10 minutes for them to finish their conversation, at which point she asked me “yes?” I asked if they had any other birds to which she answered “no” and immediately turned away from me. Her attitude was anything but friendly, she even gave me a face of disgust. Staff here are not friendly at all and they could care less about customers. I will highly discourage anybody from doing business at this place.

We love coming here to look at the animals Everything feels extremely dirty and the staff is usually very unfriendly. The fish tanks had several dead fish and a dead frog in them

The best pet store this side of Bozeman as far as I'm concerned! Always love to come here and they really take good care of the pets. Lots of variety too! Of course, there's always Elvis 🐍and Mesa🦜and the cats to say hi to.
