So if this place isn’t open for adoptions, and they don’t have a website, and they don’t work with rescues to try to place dogs. Does this place exist for any other reason than to lock dogs in inhumane conditions for a few weeks and then euthanize them? Like. It seems like if you’re not trying to get dogs adopted, maybe just close down the shelter and let private rescues step in and do the work that needs to be done in this area? Just a thought!
