Both the phone line and online hours are incorrect. They have staff caring for animals, but the volunteer who answered the phone was very rude and scolded me for calling when they weren't open, despite their own phone saying so. The agent also cut me off in the middle of trying to ask a question, assuming she knew what I was asking. When I asked if she had any recommendations for where I could take a stray pregnant cat, she sighed, and gave me a phone number, and when I asked to clarify the area code she flat out hung up on me. Clearly no one here is concerned with animal well-being.

Called about coyotes around my kids school in Rumford had absolutely no response to the area at all no call no one showed up no call back. They could care less so yall need to take care of your animals unfortunately that's your only hope. I have a service pup (and his brother ) and I've had to pay out of pocket because I've had no choice but to let them go while this small pack was around just so my kids were not harmed in our own yard. End conclusion our animal control doesn't care nor can control these animals they are to fast and unpredictable so take means in your own hands!

I called animal control on two consecutive days and left messages and various voice mail boxes. No one ever called me back. It's like no one works there at all. Are people drawing salaries for not answering the phone?
