Pretty upset with their customer service and lack of care... I've come 2-3 times in the past 4 months as our dog passed away in February and these visits are the only thing that helps my toddlers obsession with dogs and cats. We visit many different shelters to spread the love and the first time we came they talked to us for 45 minutes about everything and only allowed us 15 minutes of play with only 1 dog. Second time they stood with us the entire time we played with the cats talking instead of just letting us love on the cats and me interact and manage my toddler and now this time they actually rejected us cause THEY lost our paper work that they have had since our first visit and said we can't even look at the dogs, we wanted to play with them but at minimal look at them and say hi and they literally said no and that we have to fill out a packet and get background checks completed before we could even look at them... Maybe it was just cause the worker didn't feel like it idk cause the first two visits there was a younger talkative one that wanted us to help and do everything and the older lady is the one that gave all the push back.. I really just don't understand why you wouldn't allow the dogs to receive love and affection and outside time for free or at minimum even be looked at. That's kinda crazy and upsetting that we drove 30 minutes just for this and now I'm dragging my toddler away very upset that her once week visit to a shelter is ruined cause some worker was worried that her food was gonna get cold and the flys were gonna get it.. maybe eat on your break idk .

We got this beautiful girl from there and she has been so good and everything we needed.

We got our beloved Duke there. He's the best boy ever. He was abused and we adopted him. He spent the first two weeks under my table but after lots of love and patience he learned to trust and love us as much as we love him. Now he wags with his whole body and loves like no other. Thanks again.

People took my cat at the animal contral and i went there the next day they said my cat is not there but they said thay had a baby cat like mine but why do they have her cats in there and not mine and they said they didnt see one i can tell you her babys one all colors ,two Black and White,yellow one with White and all yellow this is sad.
