Best vet clinic ever. Everyone genuinely cares about your pet, from the receptionist to the techs and vets. They know you by name and are approachable and friendly. They explain everything during exams and follow up after procedures. And they don’t mind phone calls to ask questions! Their app is super easy to use and convenient and the rewards program offers helpful discounts. I feel completely at ease taking my pet here and would recommend them to anyone!

I had high hopes for this clinic after taking my cats to other vets in the area but this place might be worse. From the beginning it seemed great, the staff was friendly and thorough and i felt totally comfortable leaving my cat with them, but almost immediately was met with pushback from the vet on call that day when i had questions about other possible diagnoses. She instantly reacted with offense and outright refused to consider other tests to be done, she questioned why i was questioning her diagnosis and even went so far as to ask to speak to my partner instead, and further grilled him on why we didn’t believe her. We were shocked and just wanted to explore every avenue to make sure we were making the best choice for our cat. We proceeded with listening to her medical advice and immediately our cat had an adverse reaction to the medication prescribed, in addition to the staff forgetting to give us a second prescription he shouldve had from the beginning. When we got the second medication it was obvious that it had been opened and used for another animal, a messy applicator and doses missing, so i didn't feel comfortable giving the medication to my cat not knowing what this had been used for before. When we returned from this check up our cat also developed an infection or virus, so im wondering if sanitation practices are up to par overall, not just with medication. On return visits the staff seemed to ignore our observations and continue after we had said several times that their diagnosis and medication doesn’t match the symptoms our cat was having and he was only getting sicker the longer we listened to their instructions. We ceased all treatments and our cat has improved every day since. Obviously other patients and pet parents have had a great experience at this vet, so i sincerely hope the breakdowns in communication and standard of care we’ve experienced stay isolated and don’t extend to other patients in the future because if we had fully trusted the vet here my cat would be dead. I appreciate the expedited labs they ordered to address his illness but we won’t ever be coming back.

I love the entire staff! Dr. Becker is the best vet I have ever been to. She always takes the time to explain everything I need to know. Jenna and Ginger both go above and beyond to help my pets get the best care possible. And they are all so nice and they make me laugh! I wish I had discovered Hope years ago!!

I absolutely LOVE this place and all the staff that is here. Jenna and Ginger are super super lovely, the most friendliest receptionist in the county! The vet techs here are just phenomenal when handling my two cats, Oliver and Greyson. There is no other place I would get them checked out. Friendly service, detailed information, amazing appointment scheduling for any concerns you have with your pets. Above all, this is the go to place!
