Very compassionate, polite and friendly. Our kitty was having difficulty peeing, so we decided to play it safe and called to see if they could help. They were able to get us in immediately and treat Babe. We discussed possible causes for her condition with the vet. We were allowed to stay with our cat during the exam which was nice. Babe started some meds that morning and we all left feeling better.

We recently had to put our beloved dog to sleep. He was only 9 years old. It took only 2 weeks from the time we found out he was sick, to the time we had to say goodbye. It was one of the worst experiences our family has gone through. EPC was a blessing to us in a time of need. They were very passionate and kind to us. We had him cremated and was able to pick him up a week later. They saved his blanket for me and had enclosed a card with his remains. It took another week before I had the courage to open it. Everyone in the office had signed the card and they had included his paw prints! It was the gift I didn't know I needed!! Thank you EPC for everything!

When our puppy suddenly fell ill, we rushed to Emergency Pet Care, anxious and hoping for the best. The team there was absolutely incredible, providing quick and decisive care during such a stressful time. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and thorough, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining the situation in a clear, compassionate manner. Despite the sad circumstances, the staff's kindness and professionalism were comforting. They treated our puppy with the utmost care, and their empathy was evident in every interaction. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing, especially considering the urgency and quality of the care provided. We are deeply grateful to the entire team at Emergency Pet Care for their swift action and heartfelt support. I highly recommend this facility to any pet owner who finds themselves in need of urgent veterinary care. They truly go above and beyond, ensuring both the pets and their owners are well taken care of.

I really wish I had read the reviews of this place before taking my dog here. My dog had a life threatening surgery that cost us over we had paid over 4,000 dollars to get. The only reason I give 2 stars is because they knew that it was urgent and got right to finding the tumor and proceeding with the surgery. It was after. We left with absolutely no advice on how to care for her and NO DISCHARGE PAPERWORK....AT ALL. They sent the very minimal report to my vet leaving out major points and had a typo on which organ was removed. It is unfortunate to see a place one would go to in desperate need to have such staff who seem to have no passion for helping animals. They never called to even see how she was and when my mother in law called for some advice they were reluctant to give any. I will never take any animal here again. We went to 3 vets for advice and the 3rd was prairie animal hospital in hayden. They have an amazing staff and the vet,Seana Thrasher, was so knowledgeable and compassionate that we were so thankful to find them and finally get my dog on track to recover.

We had an issue with our pup recently, and it happened on a Friday night. Saturday, the issue became worse and scary, so we made the decision to take our fur baby in. I called in advance and explained our situation and how financially we couldn't afford a huge bill. They understood and broke down the costs. With worry and fear, we went in, and their care and sincerity calmed my nerves, and they reassured us that everything would be alright. They were able to help with donated medication, and the rates we paid were reasonable. We were very grateful and pleased with our experience. The vet staff was kind, and even though the veterinarian was quick at her evaluation, she quickly identified the issue and explained how to treat it effectively and professionally. We highly recommend this after-hours and weekend emergency vet for any situation.

Can't say enough about the team at Emergency Pet Care. Not only are they way more affordable than other emergency clinics in the area, but the staff are so knowledgeable and reassuring. I won't take my animals anywhere else for emergency situations. Huge thanks to everyone there for taking such good care of my little guy.
