Our recent budgie had past on so I came in for a new friend. Brittany was very helpful and kind in helping get the cage, food, and toys for our new bird friends. Our daughter was so sad that we had lost our last bird, but bringing home these two put a huge smile on her face. Brittany was caring and showed genuine care for the birds we acquired. Link and Azreal are adjusting nicely.

Great place good stock and wonderful staff they will definitely brighten up your day! Brittney is a great manager so is the other lady but I forgot her name! The crickets are always super healthy and fat too, the adoptable cats are always sweet and ready for a loving home thanks for everything you guys do for elk river!!!

I've had dogs for years and never had such a bad experience. It takes me 20 minutes and 0 dollars to groom my own dog. Just wanted her to have a "spa day" paid like 80 bucks for her to have a bad day. 1. Our dog was injured on her paw and on her nose 2. They were late in starting her, had a 10am appointment and no one was there, then she was thrown in a kennel for over an hour before getting groomed. 3. They up charged us repeatedly and then tried to say we should have paid 15 extra to have her done on an "express" timeline so that it was more reasonable. I guess making a 10am appointment means your dog might get groomed at 12? Why have appointment slots then? It's clearly a scam. 4. We paid for the shedding treatment and it accomplished nothing, it seems like they rushed through it and brushed her back but didn't target her neck which is where she usually sheds. Huge waste of money and now my dog is bleeding in the house still and probably will freak out the next time we try to have her groomed. 5. If you miss the appointment time, take extra long to complete an easy groom on a well behaved pleasant dog, and send that dog home with an injury you should give some kind of a discount or something. An apology. Anything.

We have two dogs both the same breed one is about 2 pounds smaller. We had brought one of our dogs in to get it groomed. A week later we brought the other dog in for grooming and it cost us 25.00 more. I asked about it and because it was a Friday we paid weekend rates. Did you know it cost more for grooming on a weekend? There is nothing said or any sign about weekend rates.

They are always understaffed, and I get that, but decided to get rid of the button to call an employee to the reptile/fish section. Given its nearly impossible to find a employee in the store I leave without the crickets I came in for about half the time. I would have stopped coming to this location long ago but it's close to my house. Employees I do occasionally encounter are always nice, they just need to double their staff. Great place of you don't need help from employees.

Knowledgeable staff but online order system does not have a real time inventory management system. Order 2 bads of dog food but they were out when they tried to fulfill the order that night.
