Description BluePearl Pet Hospital is located east of Orlando, right off 408. We offer specialty veterinary services including advanced diagnostic imaging like gastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy, cystoscopy and foreign body removal; internal medicine which can diagnoses and treats cardiac, respiratory, gastrointestinal, endocrine, urogenital and hematological illnesses; and surgery including soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. Dr. McGovern at Blue Pearl in Waterford Lakes is amazing. She took expert care of my Pomeranian who had a very rare liver condition. He wasn’t expected to live more than a few months, but she helped me get almost five more years with him, until he passed last summer at 16-1/2 years old. Recently, my primary vet thought my new rescue dog had a liver issue. Of course, I went directly to Dr. McGovern. I highly recommend her and the entire compassionate team, including wonderful vet techs Susan and Stephanie.

I haven taken my dog in for a couple of specialist appointment to BluePearl (the Orlando location) and received quality service both times. The staff is incredible. They are kind, caring, sympathetic, extremely knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable. I was given the answers I needed for the proper treatment of my dog after only two visits and will be happily returning here as needed.

The staff was wonderful today! We had to bring out Chocolate Lab up there today for a toenail that was falling off and they took care of ya and got us in and out in 10 min! Always so nice and helpful and we couldn’t appreciate it more! Keep up the good work hall!

Blue Pearl was always great with taking care of my cat with multiple medical issues. The staff was always friendly and caring and Dr. McGovern is informative and kind. I was nervous going to a specialty hospital due to the anticipated prices, and although they're not cheap, the care provided is worth it.

Brought my dog here for surgery for a luxated patella and torn CCL. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but they have taken very good care of her. They explained the procedure before and after, including showing me x-rays afterwards to show what was done. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They do take Care Credit and you can get at least six months with no interest, which is good. Don't know how it works with insurance because I don't have pet insurance. They kept me informed while she was there and encouraged me to call or email with questions afterwards, even to send pictures. I do recommend them if your furbaby needs surgery. Yes, it was a little more than I thought, but certainly not outrageous and I only had research from the Internet to go on for comparison. My regular vet recommended them and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their care. Hope to not have to go through this again with the other leg but if I do, I will come back.
