Dr Arnold & Melissa were excellent in every way. They were both very knowledgeable & relatable, and explained things in very understandable terms. They were prompt and efficient. Our dogs were completely calm & comfortable in their care. The facility & exam room were clean & roomy. We would also like to recognize Alex & Shiloh for their part in our dogs care as well. We will continue to have Dr Arnold take care of our pets, and would highly recommended he & his staff to anyone looking for veterinary care/services. Everything from check in to check out was an excellent experience.

We brought all 5 German Shepherds in today and saw Dr. Arnold and Melissa. Dr. Arnold is always friendly and approachable. Melissa is fantastic with all of our dogs and even our shepherd that hates his feet touched lets her cut his nails. I love Dr.Arnold’s stories and he is very relatable. One of our dogs had a laceration previously and saw him. Dr. Arnold gave us all the options and we went with his recommendation of stitches. We trust his judgement implicitly. Melissa the CVT, is a wealth of knowledge and so good with our fur kids. Even though they are a busy office I never feel rushed or my concerns brushed aside and I feel like they genuinely like our dogs. We are not just a number there. The front office staff and Dr. Bynum and Dr. Carbury are amazing as well.

They fit my two giant breed dogs in as new patients right away on a Sunday when I needed a last minute visit. Dr Carbary and the entire staff were all amazing. I’m so grateful they were able and willing to see us, especially on such short notice. Thank you so much! Highly recommend :)

WARNING: AVOID THIS VET HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS! I cannot stress this enough: do NOT bring your beloved pets to this vet hospital! I recently took my kitten for a routine vaccination, and the experience was nothing short of horrifying. My kitten came home extremely stressed and has been behaving abnormally ever since. She looks very sick and not at all like her usual self. What should have been a simple vaccination turned into a nightmare for her. Here are the reasons why I will never return. First, the hospital was filthy. I saw multiple cockroaches in the examination room, which is completely unacceptable for a medical facility. Second, they took my kitten into a separate room and did not allow me to accompany her. There were multiple pets (different types of pet) in that room, and I had no idea what was being done to my kitten. I'm 1000% sure that this is main reason that my kitten is stress out afterward. Third, the staff did not spend any time trying to comfort or get to know my kitten. My kitten was visibly stressed and scared when they took her, and I didn’t even see the vet who was supposedly treating her. If you truly care about your pets, please, do not bring them here. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a Google review, but I hope it helps other pet owners avoid the trauma my kitten and I went through.
