Came thru when I had no place else to go. Extremely friendly, and helpful staff, and residents. SAFE, & CLEAN!!! Provides a warm bed, hot meals, and a hot shower... which is all one can ask for in a shelter. No problems w drugs, or unruly people. Breakfast, Dinner, Hot showers... Provide you w soap, shampoo, towels, and clean linens. There are rules to follow, but none of which are unreasonable whatsoever. Must call between 7 and 9 a.m. to reserve a bed. Must check in NO LATER than 3 p.m. daily. Exceeded ALL EXPECTATIONS. Very grateful to have found this place when I did!!!

I went to the Springfield rescue mission with my friends and I was very impressed with the how the employees serve the food to the people and the employees keep the place clean and everything neat and I would recommend the Springfield rescue mission in Springfield ma to everyone to go to help serve food and help out.
