An absolutely wonderful vet. When I moved to the area a few years ago, I brought my elderly dog, Autumn, here for her vaccines / annual check-ups / annual teeth cleanings. The entire staff was nothing but kind and supportive. After a while, everyone recognized Autumn and would dote over her upon her arrival. Heartbreakingly, earlier this year we had to put Autumn down. As expected, the entire staff was supportive and kind. They walked us through each step of the process, let us know exactly what to expect, and gave us plenty of time afterwards to grieve and say goodbye to our sweet girl. A few days later, I received a personalized “sorry for your loss” card in the mail signed by Dr. Scott. A couple months after that, I received a letter that a donation had been made in Autumn’s honor to the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. It warmed my heart so immensely. I am grateful for this entire clinic, and will continue to bring my other dog Stella there as well. My only “critique” is that it would be great if this facility offered any financing options like CareCredit for large bills (like teeth cleanings). But other than that, I could not recommend this facility enough!

This has been my misos main veterinary office for probably 2-3 years now. Every year they just get better and better. You pay for what you get. I thought their spay/neuter was a bit pricey.. and went to a low cost. Biggest regret I could have. Came here after some infection scares and they gave me multiple options, Including cost friendly options to start off with. I have NEVER felt so accommodated by another clinic. Getting a second kitty hopefully! Making the right choice by neutering him here. I already know how well the new member will be treated here at NB animal clinic :) I’ve also recommended this clinic to a few friends! They all say the exact same thing.. this place is great! We are newer to the area and have two cats and no vet. I called them and they got us in right away (Other vets I had called in the area before them said I had to wait a week to see my cat Elery) she could bor wait a week to be seen as she had fecal matter completely stuck to her rump, which can be really unhealthy and cause infection, it was bad and she was super uncomfortable and it came on all the sudden. Dr. Lawrence and her staff were amazing with us in Elery. The clinic is clean and the staff and the doctor extremely professional and caring. I was completely stressed and they made me so comfortable and of course Elery too. When all was said and done even the fee was reasonable especially for the ask and the last minute getting us in and being so wonderful. We Thank and appreciate all of you there and thank you for the welcome Card we received in the mail after visiting. You are wonderful! If you looking for a great place to bring your pet I highly recommend!!!

New patient with my German shepherd and am beyond happy with the staff and doctor! We had an emergency that needed to be checked out and they got us in immediately as a news patient and took the time to go over our options and the next step! Our dog is doing better and didn’t need the surgery another vet had suggested… thank you again for the care!!!

I don't know where I would be without Dr. Korfist. She has taken such good care of my 4 year-old dog through all of the unfortunate accidents. Emergency tooth break, emergency dog attack bite wound that abscessed, blew out both of her doggie ACLs, gastrointestinal distress/foreign body scares, and just general preventative care (and premedication protocols). She has given us great referrals for my dog's surgeries and will follow up with the surgery place to stay updated on my dog's condition and add any pertinent information to my pup's chart. Dr. Korfist is very professional and will tell you things in a straightforward and easy to understand manner which my partner and I really appreciate. You can also tell how much she cares about the animals and it's nice to feel like my pupper is in good hands there. Especially since the staff is so excellent too. I believe we had Bianca for our last appointment and she was very kind and thorough. I'm glad she asked about any changes because it shows they care and want to stay updated on my dog's current health. We usually have Jade too and she's the best. My dog actually gets the happy wiggles when she sees Jade even though it means she's getting nail trims or shots. Thank you all, you are truly the best! 💚
