Very kind and helpful staff. Dr. Vergel did absolutely everything he could to help my dogs. I adopted a new dog who was very ill when we picked him up from the shelter after his neuter. Banfield said he needed emergency help and to go to Crystal Creek immediately. I went and they took my dog straight to the oxygen chamber and started working on saving him. There was not a good chance he would survive, but I wanted to try. And the whole staff knew his name and it seemed like everyone was hoping for him. And he was receiving the type of care I'd see in a human hospital. Unfortunately he didn't make it. But I knew they tried. Two days later, my other dog collapsed and we brought her straight to Crystal Creek. She was kept in the ICU for 3 days. She got the best care and she made it! My other 3 dogs were infected too and given chest x-rays and antibiotics (another one was also showing early signs of pneumonia). It was a nightmare and tragic event for my family. The dog from the shelter had some kind of kennel cough that the shelter didn't realize. Without Crystal Creek, Dr. Vergel and the many nurses, I don't believe I'd have my other dogs alive and healthy today. I've seen complaints about wait times. And yes, the wait can sometimes be long. But remember this is a state of the art facility that is also working to save animals in emergencies.

I would recommend this animal clinic to everyone! Even if it is a 38 minute drive for us! The staff are all super sweet and our visits always go so smoothly. The compassion they show and the reassurance I get (especially the recommendations and the fact they’re not pushy about services) you can tell our girl is in good hands! Our pups first visit for vaccines she had a reaction and they immediately were able to see her again to counter act things. We had our second check up today and the visit went wonderful. I was hesitant about a few things but the Doc and I was able to come up with a solution. I look forward to her next visit in a few weeks for her final round of vaccines! Thank you staff and thank you Dr. Sukhija you guys are amazing! Keep up the excellent work! Edit: I was also late today by 15 mins and they still saw me! And the wait was less than a few minutes!!

This was a very god experience for my dog. The place is spacious, the customer service representatives were friendly, and the wait time to meet with the Veterinarian was not long. My dog’s issues were addressed and the prices were reasonable. I’ll bring my fur baby back and I’d recommend this Crystal Creek Animal Hospital! The Indian doctor was really nice!

Crystal Creek Animal Hospital is the only place I will take my furry loved ones. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating and they treat my pups so well. I recently went and took my new puppy there and the staff was so helpful even going above and beyond to help me and my dogs feel super comfortable and welcomed. I was trying my best to juggle my baby and my two dogs by myself and they saw my need and stepped in immediately to help! The service for the dogs once we were in the room to be seen was spectacular as well! They take care of your pets as their own and that’s something not always seen at a vet hospital. I love Crystal Creek and the staff there. Thank you guys for everything you do!
