They always do great to take care of my pet's needs. They have a huge veterinarian staff and lots of equipment, like x-ray machines. I've taken my dog there for regular check-ups, and even for what we thought was a broken leg. Prices are fair and all the staff is so nice and compassionate.

I had an emergency with my baby girl she's a tourist shell cat she got an abscess on her chin that burst open she's a really fluffy cat so I unfortunately didn't notice until it was too late she had picked at her wound and widened the cut I was going crazy trying to find a Veterinarian that would take me in on short notice because I can't afford a visit to emergency care it took a couple of calls before I found this wonderful place I explained my situation and I was lucky enough to have called when I did someone fortunately canceled their appointment and East Lake was able to take my baby girl they took me in immediately after the call I raced to the vet to get her seen they passed me through and checked on her told me she had a fever she needed antibiotics and they needed to drain the cut since it was oozing puss. I didn't have much money and I was terrified that I wouldn't be able to aford the whole procedure but Dr. Miller was so wonderful she had one of her assistant come in and workout pricing with me based of the quality care my baby girl needed after a while we settled on a price that was within my budget and appropriate care for my Sephy. This whole experience made it absolutely clear to me that they care for the animals health they gave my Sephy the best care and thanks to Dr. Miller and all the people of East Lake my Sephy is on track to a quick recovery. Thank you East Lake Animal Clinic for everything you did for me and my baby I truly appreciate you.

The staff and Dr here are amazing. My little girl Alaska needed emergency surgery to remove her uterus. They took amazing care of her on extremely short notice. Obviously such emergency visits are not cheap, but they were very helpful in regards to this and Alaska is doing amazing. Hands down best vet in the 831!

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at this place. very disappointed in their handling of myself and my dog's needs. from the first visit I felt like a number/case, not like a client. I took my young female dog there to be spayed and never before, during, or after, got to see the vet or to ask questions. When the procedure was over, they couldn't wait to get rid of us and practically pushed us out of the office. The vet tech that brought her to the car seemed very impatient and reluctant to answer my routine post-care questions. She also made me feel like an idiot and seemed very irritated with being bothered. Today I called to ask about the follow up appointment and new developments with my dog, and again, the front office staff was extremely rude and condescending. I will never come here again. "East Lake Animal Clinic" the front office staff is the "face" of your organization, representing the values and principles you stand for!!! We love our fur babies and come to you in fear and distress! Do better!

I've returned to this vet after a long hiatus. They were always great with my animals and a little more affordable. After 15 years the staff has changed but still terrific and professional. This time, they got my pup right in on a busy schedule, She has had a few issues in public due to her breed and blindness. They took care of her problem with a small surgery and were still reasonably affordable. She went home the same day a happy dog. No drama, which I was expecting. She was even happy to go back 3 days later for a checkup.

The overall service I received was satisfactory. It was great knowing we can drop off our pet for service, and still be able to go to work, then pick up our pet afterwards. The doctor requested a photo of the medication we bought for our dog. Upon getting to the reception area, I was told right away that the medicine we bought is not the one we need, WITHOUT asking the Dr. if they would like to see the photo of the medicine, which they actually did want to see. As it turned out, we didn't have to buy a different medicine after all. Overall, we had a very good experience. Thank you for you customer service and for your patience. Refugio Rodriguez
