I've been taking my dog to this vet since late 2020 and have had good experiences overall. Recently, my dog started experiencing symptoms and tested positive for two illnesses. Dr. Gallagher and the team here have been very helpful in coordinating her care and answering my many, many questions about treatment timelines, cost, medication, side effects, and her overall health. I appreciate them taking the time to talk through all of my concerns and their wonderful care of my dog.

Had my cat neutered here and had an amazing experience. Super nice and helpful on the phone and they even cut my cats nails while he was still under. Had bad experiences with other vets in the past and would definitely recommend here!

My dog got spayed and had a dental cleaning with a couple of teeth pulled. We had Dr Bergeron, I was so worried about this, Karli is a 4-year-old long haired chihuahua. I was only getting it done because her heats are so bad and she goes into false pregnancy. I've been so on the fence about this I bought the certificate 2 years ago and returned it because I was nervous for her to have surgery. Well, it couldn't have went any better! The first night was really hard because she cried all night but I'm sure she wasn't paying. But as far as recovery, I'm amazed at how she bounced right back, and how well the incision is doing. She hasn't tried to lick it or go near it at all, as a matter of fact it's high enough that I don't even think she could reach it if she wanted to. I'm very happy with the outcome here 🙏

Sorry, This Vet was not taking new or prior customers like myself that haven't been back in years. I had taken custody of this cat from a sick senior who got him from a local shelter near where he was living in W. Roxbury but back then he was going to a living care facility and did not want him put down because of his situation and neither did I. When I picked him up he needed his nails trimmed and a look over from a pro so I booked him with N.E.V.C. who were taking new customers then and Mr. Binks got his nails done and an exam/check up service which they did fast & professionally, it was a relief to know he had a clean bill of health and lived on for close to 19 years so I would say they were correct in his diagnosis. The visit then was $309, well spent to make sure your furry family member is seen by a 'doctor in a modern pet hospital', Too Bad they were too busy too send him off when the time came.

I took my dog here on a recommendation back in 2020 & I’ve been coming here ever since. They’re always very sweet & patient, and explain any diagnosis & treatment really well. I really appreciate the attention to detail they have when listening to my concerns during a visit, and I’ve learned so much through their explanations about my dog’s tumors & ear infections. Wait times for appointments aren’t usually too bad, I can usually get in the same week that I call but there are times it may take a week or two if they have a high influx of appointments. But in my experience that doesn’t happen too often. Highly recommend this vet!
