Can’t say enough about this office. My cat has had two dental surgeries with Dr. Hezekiah and it’s clear that she is highly skilled and thorough. My kitty is already feeling her best one day after the procedure. We have also seen Dr. Burdick and Dr. Dixon for other visits and have always felt welcome and well taken care of. I also love to see the vet techs, as they always seem genuinely excited to meet your pets in the waiting area.

They are a wonderful team. I’ve brought my pups here for almost 10 years now and am so grateful for their thorough and compassionate care! They have helped with my senior dog’s medical issues and got her referred for specialized care she needed. My younger dog is skittish and they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable during her checkup. I highly recommend All Creatures!

I am so grateful for the help today! I run a local wildlife rescue and got in an injured wild rabbit who was hit by a car and unfortunately required humane euthanasia. Being busy with my full time job, I couldn’t go to the vets I normally utilize as they are quite far away, so taking a chance out of desperation, I reached out to All Creatures as they were the closest vet to me. They were able to help me, and more importantly, helped make this poor severely injured rabbit comfortable for his peaceful crossing over the Rainbow Bridge. The ladies I encountered during my time there (apologies as I’m horrible with names and didn’t think to write them down!) between the front desk and vet tech staff were so kind and compassionate and an absolute pleasure to meet today. One was even familiar with my rescue and it made my whole day! Thank you for everything today, you are appreciated so much!

While I think the care is up to standard, this place is not good for setting up a new cat. Vaccines without a booster will cost about 400+$ Nueter package basic starts at about 450, to have anything extra (fecal, micro, dewormer, revolition) you are looking at a 800+$ cost for the nueter with no pre op blood work. For the cost there should be no excuse as to why the front desk is not streamlined or why the team seems very disorganized. I also heard complaints from staff about each other and other pet parents, which is not condusive for a medical setting especially in front of clients. The team takes pain management serious, however, there needs to be more education on pharmacuticals before pushing meds as a solution. Sometimes pain and soreness are useful tools, and to make sure to prioritize monitoring pets that are newly being introduced to new drugs on the market. ( I myself work in animal research and drug development and was very surprised pain drugs were offered optionally at an additonal cost of 100+$, having worked extensivly with cats surgically this is a very new concept) It was also very hard to get an estimate and to get the team on the same page. They will charge for needle and medical disposal. $5 to start These services generally cost around 200-250 or as low as 25$ in the area with chip included .I did price out the area and was led to believe that the center understood our budget and could work within range. I have yet to meet the vet adminstering treatment and was denied ever being able to meet or speak with them directly. As one industry worker to another I would ONLY recommend this for families who have a lot of excess funds, patience, and a senior or chronic conditioned pet. This clinic is NOT suited for intial start up for puppies and kittens, found animals, strays, or community welfare. I recomment Banfield, Nevins, Spay wagon operated in the north and soth shore, or Angel. I really hope the staff can reflect and accept this critism without it affecting their performance negativly. If they cannot elavate their business standards then they should not be elavating their prices at this time.

I have been taking my senior cat here for a few years since adopting him. I have never had a bad experience, and the vets and staff have all been very kind and helpful each time. Will continue to bring my pets here for care.

I wish I could give them 10 stars because they are so awesome!!! My dog Nelson never smiled like that before but its because of how well they treated him at Creatures!!! A special thanks to Dr. Dixon who is absolutley amazing and that whole crew cares about the animals they examine as if they were their own!!! They were able to give me peace of mind and a plan at the same time that worked best!!! So If you want the best Vet in Mass then I highly recommend creatures in Salem!!! We both left with a smile!!!! 😁 10 Stars!!!
