When we first walked in the staff was welcoming, attentive and friendly. Coco and her support companion Oakley felt very comfortable and loved the staff and Doctor as well! I felt that the Doctor listen to our concerns and effectively found the problem. He answered all our questions, and sent us home with a treatment plan. The cost of the visit was not astronomical as we had experienced in the past at other practices, making this visit a complete success!!

Dr. Lancer, Stephen, Shea, and Laura are wonderful, and they treat my cat with care and respect even though he is a very difficult patient! I really appreciate their professionalism, sense of humor, and how easy they are to communicate with (Stephen has been a godsend during a tough time). I would definitely recommend them!

I’ve been going to West Hills for over 20 years with my dogs. Since my dog passed last year I got a cat and his first visit was to the Jericho office since we like Dr Sorowitz. This time I just wanted his nails cut so I called West Hills North but he need to see the vet for the techs to cut his nails. Dr Polek took the time to talk and get to know my cat. It was a great visit best of all no waiting and easy parking. Will be going back.

The staff is so informative and kind here! I had been bringing my dog to one of the other West Hills locations (which was also good) and recently made the switch to this location. Dr. Lancer and his vet technician (I believe Ed?) were so caring and informative. They were both even sitting on the floor with my dog while examining her at one point! They were so patient, listened to all of my concerns and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. I have gone to Dr. DeVincenzo at this location, as well, and also had a great experience with her! As someone who treats their fur baby as if she were my human baby, I 100% recommend bringing your pets to this location!

From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so kind and ready to help! Dr. Lancer is a vet who truly cares about your pet and will do everything he can, but he also was very understanding about my cost concerns and changed up what he was doing for my baby to what would fit within my budget but also help him the most! I also love that they have a hospital within their network that has 24 hour emergency! I haven’t needed it yet (thankfully!!) but I’m a paranoid pet mom since my dog has a history of hurting his back and asked for a copy of records incase I needed to go somewhere overnight. The other hospital has all of the records already though since they’re in the same network, so I don’t even have to worry about that! I know my baby is always in good hands now and am so happy to finally find a vet I trust!
