I would recommend this place! Super friendly. I'm never rushed. Everything is explained in detail. They take care credit. Dr Durbridge has taken great care of my pets. From regular care to surgeries. 😻

The staff is incredibly rude and the vet seems to be okay with it, I've had several billing issues, and good luck getting any answers from the vet himself. He trails off the topic and your question never gets directly answered. They over-book so you end up waiting for extensive periods of time...try that for 45 mts with your cat in a carrier freaking out.

They seemed to be unable to find the courage to get gloves and handle a small cat who was upset. I had to hold my other cat for them as they were too intimidated to even try and all they needed to do was grab gloves and do their job. I didn’t even receive a scratch from it because I held her how you are supposed to. I’m in no way an expert in the trade but all I had to do was simply hold my cat by the scruff while the one lady snipped the staples and the other directed paws. They had to gas my smallest cat and they shook and dumped her out of the cat carrier like a piece of trash..mind you they never once tried to grab her out of it with or without gloves and for all that I had to sit in a room that reeked of animal piss while they sat in the other room worried about handling my cat.

We had to put my sisters dog that passed away down last week. They were very sweet. They gave us time to say goodbye.. The vet explained the process. They was so sweet an gave us a grief pamphlet and a beautiful angel dog pin. 100% recommend this vet...
