I love the care provided by Dr Alyssa. We followed her from another clinic to Animal Medical Center of Ontario. The care and time spent was wonderful. Dr Alyssa treated my new pup like I feel she would treat her own. My only complaint was the 30 minute wait after the appointment. Other than that, everything was wonderful! Definitely recommend this office for your pet's care.

As a first time pet parent I was a bit nervous taking my pooch to the vet for the first time, but it was all for nought. The entire staff was amazing and my pup absolutely loved meeting everyone! Great people, fair prices, and convenient location; we will DEFINITELY be coming back for all our puppy needs 😊

I had just the best exsoeriance with my dog. The staff was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time communicating to me about many topics. I will definitely be returning. I enjoyed our visit.

Take my dog Patty on 4/13/24, she was so very sick. Dr B was very passionate with her, stayed after hours to do emergency surgery on her when she didn’t have to. I am so Very Thankful that you knew this true emergency! Yhanks from the bottom of my heart for saving my baby

They charged me way more than they said they would and then told me all the stuff my animal needed was able to be bought from the store for basically nothing. Late for appointments, bad scheduling, and they will try to tell you to buy more stuff. Very nice people that work there but way overpriced. Go anywhere else and they’ll do the same job for at least half the price

Vet wanted to charge 241 dollars to mercifully help my cat go to sleep so she wouldn’t suffer anymore.My cats life is ending and I just wanted to make it easier on her to pass.Do not go here ever!i was up all night with my kitty who had series of strokes and is paralyzed from them.no compassion whatsoever. No I don't want to call you people and discuss it and hear your excuses because your compassionate for animals and people suck and I will never associated myself with your business that not only lacks good customer service but lacks the human decency to give a dying pet a peaceful passing.My cat meant everything to me and not many vets were open that day.Vet places like you are a joke and are in it for the money.
