If there were a lower review rating available it wouldn’t be low enough! Thanks to a wonderful Vet & Vet Techs at St. Joseph MN Veterinarian! They fit my canine companion in their schedule 2 days after my call to set an appt! The cost over the phone was quoted as: Physical= $65.00 Rabies vax= $25.00 Very reasonable. The actual cost was only $69.00! Because my dog is a senior; the rabies shot is in St. Cloud City compliance for 3 yrs. I appreciated their timely attention because I was given a $100.00 citation by the City of St. Cloud, after 2 City reps came to my home to announce that I was not in compliance with vaxes. (An extensive surgery in April 2024 was quite the distraction from my yearly licensing.) am also expected to appear in Court. $75.00 Court fee to Appeal. When the Vet Techs asked which City issued the citation; and I stated, “St. Cloud”. They frowned and said that City of St. Cloud Pet Licensing people was their first guess, as they have a rep of being rude to people. And then they informed me that my dog is still compliant; as she isn’t due for vaxes for another 5 months! My dread of being taken to Court by the City has now turned into joyful glee. I will also be requesting compensation for the City’s error. My expenses, discomfort of being a disabled elderly person still recouping from surgery, and stress; will be presented to the Judge. Shame on the City of St. Cloud &/or Animal Control nasty women in the licensing office that issues bogus citations! Woe is them that they don’t know that I receive wonderful compensation for being a Google Panel Member for approximately 4 yrs., that also does surveys & reviews for Google.

I was transferred to you from the St Cloud Police department and was never able to get a hold of you. I found your number on Google as well left you a message still no call back. There was a dog tied up outside 20 degree tempature with a feel like 0 degrees outside because of the wind. Luckily I came across a cop while driving flagged him down and he was able to resolve the situation. You might want to think about picking up your phone. It could save an animals life..

They don’t answer the phone in the middle of the day during the week. It’s a free for all on Saint Cloud. When you do finally get a hold of someone, they are afraid to do their job. They just hand out free paychecks over there. Don’t worry about leash laws, since no one enforces them anyway.

The animal control guy was very rude, cocky attitude towards us when we told him there were 2 stray dogs in our yard and wanted them out of yard because the one dog was growling at us and were afraid we would get bit and right before he left he told us that he would be charging us a fee. Very unprofessional!

They are rude and disgusting and don't care if people get hurt by all dogs including pitbulls. And very discriminating manager named Julie.

For TWO separate situations, I did not receive a call back when I needing help with a stray cat (called several times) and then again with a dog locked in a hot car. Not helpful.
