I contacted this place after a Central MN Mental Health Center male employee from their crisis number started messaging me with his personal number. I found out by letter in the mail that he had accessed my personal record multiple times including the day after I tried reporting it. I wanted an advice and an advocate to fill out some kind of order for protection. They asked me all the questions told me it was so they can understand what type of form I might need. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t help anyone who is not personally related to the person you are seeking protection from. Not only did they refuse to help me they sent the sheriff department out to check my safety. They won’t provide any help but will send the sheriff department to see if I’m safe. Lol what a joke.

Absolutely amazing place!! Onsite daycare laundry, your own family room for you and your kids. Very clean clean clean!! Staff very helpful!! And everyone is so loving and caring!! Brand new toys for the kids. You just can’t go wrong. If you need to get out of your bad situation I would 100% recommend Anna Marie’s.

I received absolutely no help after being strangled. My calls and emails all went unanswered. My pleas for help regarding the court system was also rejected. They refused to help me and instead told me that i need to protect myself and referred me elsewhere. They are a total joke.

I’m sure they’ve done a lot for domestic violence victims. I’m sure all weren’t equal. But when the staff there who actually care about their job and the place, speak their mind to management about concerns of placement of staff with no experience that gets promoted above anyone else with experience, and in turn get fired for speaking their mind. Shame on you for firing good caring staff

An incredible organization that serves so many individuals through a variety of outlets, from the domestic violence shelter, to education support in the community, to advocacy for domestic violence survivors. Central Minnesota is so fortunate to have a strong and committed leadership team at Anna Marie's Alliance!

I could go on and on but just Google them and look at their reviews. At the end of the day everyone says the same things that never ever get fixed or even acknowledged. Management is poor and there’s no appreciation for staff. Great place to get minimal experience dealing with victims of dv. U will love the work u do, but not who u work for.
