My experience was well. They have very competitive reasonable pricing. But make sure to check your receipt before you pay. I was overcharged on the weight of my dog. And had to dispute the amount.. She was spaded and recovered very quickly, only one year old..

They are so nice and caring here. They care about each person and pet when conversing whether there for shots or urgent care. Thank you

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. We had to put down our extremely sick suffering bulldog. We spent $20+ thousand trying to help our suffering dog over the course of his lifetime. Our dog had the best insurance, and we tried everything possible to help him. We finally made the decision & knew it was best for him to go to heaven. Dr Ali, told my husband “To give him to the less fortunate” the extreme rudeness and lack of bad bedside manners is totally unacceptable. We spent every dollar we could to help our dog, our family member. What in the world is someone “less fortunate” going to be able to do. In a sensitive time like this, they were totally out of line. The “owner” Dr Callahan was JUST AS RUDE & said it was just a misunderstanding. ABSOLUTELY NOT. (Nurses & receptionists were great) however they aren’t in charge & the people who are, are TERRIBLE. One bad apple, in the case , two bad apples, ruin the entire bunch. Do NOT bring your pets to this facility.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I would advise you to compare their prices with other vets. We have a new puppy, and the cost of the shots was really cheap. I don’t know if they’re affiliated with the city and are subsidized (they’re in the same building as the city animal shelter). But regardless, great prices & great service.

History with Veterinarians: I have 2 dogs, and recently, I just got a kitten. I have taken my girls (dogs) to their main veterinarian in Riverside, CA, multiple times with great service. As well as a bilateral knee surgery in Temecula, which was a $6000 money well spent!! Experience with MVC: At first, I was hesitant to come to the Moreno Valley Clinic, but I decided to give it a try because it's closer to home. Yesterday, 1/19/24, I dropped my kitten, Shadow, off for a neuter. I thought everything would go great. After picking up Shadow, he did not have a cone put on and was covered in urine! While I was at the clinic during pick up, I didn't notice the urine at first, but they told me that he would need a cone put on at home for his safety. I'm thinking to myself, "Why is it not put on now if it's unsafe to have it off!!" Then they told me that I would not be able to bathe him for 2 weeks! When I noticed, he was covered in urine, I freaked out when I got home. First of all, I already have a more comfortable cone, so I used mine. Secondly, I started to wipe him with a warm cloth for most of the evening. I expected those steps would have been handled at the facility while he was sedated. I saw that they were busy but this is not a car shop. These are members of your customers' families! How long was he laying in his own filth!l?! You might be numb to it because of how many you have serviced, but there is no excuse. Especially knowing what urine does to their skin if kept on too long. I'm so sorry that Shadow went through that alone. My expectations before appointment: My girls' history with their veterinarian and surgeons always had provided a fresh cover, and a cone is already in place while they are relaxed, so my expectations for a clinic that are taking care of living creatures are already high. They were never agitated or let alone covered in urine. I wouldn't wish this on anyone else. Overall thought: It's affordable so financially it works. I see that the dogs were treated a little better as I was waiting in the lobby, so I think if you are taking your dog, I don't think it's bad. However, for your cats, I'd reconsider and drive a little farther next time.

It was an experience that could've been way better the bad thing I have to say is when my cat was sent home with medication it specifically said once every 12 hours for 4 days but only lasted for 2 days and i measured to what it said on the package twice to make sure but still ran out ahead of schedule and other medication was to be sprayed every 24 hours and on the first day I tried to use it the spring in the pump popped off so I was not happy the only reason it's not 1 star is the staff was really helpful and friendly especially Ariel and a heads up you have to pay a down payment for spaying and neutering
