Ive been taking my precious Ginger, a Bichon Frise-Yorkie mix to Brookside Animal Hospital for 5 1/2 years now. The love, care and gentleness given to her has been amazing by Dr. Martinez. Included in these compliments are the technicians who administer her allergy shots, as well as, to the warm and wonderful staff at the front desk. We’ve moved to Tennessee and I bring my Ginger back to Brookside for all her care. I highly recommend Brookside.

I don't even have enough words to say how great Brookside Animal Hospital is. They always are very friendly when you call, very attentive, and call to check on your pet after you've had your visit with them. I can't even recommend one doctor specifically because they are all so great!

This is the first time I would give Brookside less than 5 stars. We have been taking our dogs here since 2004 and have always raved about this place. This visit was not fabulous. Everyone was very friendly, as usual, that is not the issue. I do not like the new options for paying your bill. Either you pay a la carte or you have to put your pet on a monthly “wellness” plan. I liked it when annual and semiannual visits were bundled. My bill was over $1200; therefore; I chose the monthly plan. Neither choice was optimal. Also, the visit lasted almost 2 hours. Good thing I had the day off work. The day after the visit I received a call from Brookside letting me know that one of my dog’s blood work was lost. And finally, no one reached out to me regarding my other dog’s lab results so I had to follow up, which has never happened before.

My 10 month old puppy had stomach issues. The staff all took great care of her. They gave her a thorough exam, gave her prescription food and antibiotics. That’s the medical side. On a personal side, I was so happy when they called every day until she was better. They never tell me that I ask too many questions (fist time dog mom here). I truly love everyone at Brookside Animal Hospital. More importantly, my puppy does too

Spoke with Amy this morning about an emergency that we have for international travel. She was so patient with us. Worked to get us in to see the vet tomorrow. She was pleasant, diligent and courteous. Looks like we're switching vets! Update: They were so accommodating with my dog. She doesn't like other dogs so they immediately put us into a separate room. The vet assistant was just about thr sweetest lady ever. She was so good with my dog and the vet was equally as pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
