I'm very impressed with this clinic. The staff members are both compassionate and competent, and the vet impressed me with her thoroughness of care for animals and with her patience answering questions. The level of care and knowledge makes me trust them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The clinic set up inside works well - we had room to keep animals apart and privacy in exam rooms, and the cleanliness is outstanding. My only concern is accessibility from the parking lot. I hope in the future they might be able to add a ramp, as the steps might be difficult for some. Since they're non-profit and serve the community, perhaps grants would be available for accessibility upgrades.

I took one of my clients there so she could get her dog vaccinated and I was impressed at the set up of the place and the prices for services. The forms were easy to fill out and the way the staff talked to each customer was great. The only thing I would say is for people to be careful pulling in and out. The parking lot for a little crazy while we were there and pulling out on Bethel was a little difficult treacherous.

Helpful, nice staff. Very clean office. Took my little baby for a microchip and got her nails trimmed. She came out happy as can be!!! Definitely will ALWAYS go there now for my pet now and whatever I may get in the future.

I love ARF and try to support them, but they aren't really very good in the Vet area. Still waiting for call back to get my dogs shots after being there for her blood test and being told they would call by next day to give me appt. That was over 2 weeks ago. 😞

We rescued a kitty that fell out of the tire wall of a car driving down our neighborhood road in front of us. They got us in right away to check out the little guy and make sure that it was okay so that we could foster it until a home was found. Great service and great people.
