We recently moved to the area and recently received 2 kittens on a Friday evening. I called Faulkner Animal hospital because they were open on Saturday, so to make an appointment to get our kittens checked and start the process of shots, etc. I am so very happy that we chose Faulkner Animal hospital to care for our babies needs. They have a "walk-in" policy for new kittens and puppies BECAUSE they want owners to get their pets started on their journey of great health. We didn't have to wait for an appointment! We walked in on Monday morning! They were professional, knowledgeable, caring. They took their time to make sure our babies were cared for and answered ALL our questions and concerns. The Vet, Vet technicians, front reception staff are ALL wonderful. We weren't rushed at all! They are an incredibly busy office but really make you feel as if your needs are the most important! Thank you Faulkner Animal hospital Staff!

I can’t say enough great things about the staff at faulkner. The ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and so sweet. Dr. Ellis is my go-to lady for any dog related issues. She’s there to help you, not take advantage of you and will not make you pay for things that aren’t necessary. All five of my dogs go here for all their needs. I would highly recommend. They’re super affordable too. No one around is beating their prices.

My lab pup had her first visit here today. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. The reception staff was incredible and kind, and Dr. Somerset is an amazing sweet lady who is extremely knowledgeable. So grateful for being referred here for all of my dogs needs. Highly recommend!

This is my second time here and I will never be back. My dog needed to be seen for a skin issue and they informed me they didn’t have any appointments so I would have to do a walk in. Never did they ever say a walk in appointment would be a 3 hour wait!! I just left there and I am furious. They got me into the room at hour 2 and still did not see the vet for another hour! They are clearly overbooking people and not informing anyone before they tell you to do a walk in how long the appointment will take. If I would have known it would have been 3 hours I would have went elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We were a walk in and and I had to come back after lunch time but they brought us right back. The ladies at the front were sweet and professional. The nurse and the doctor went beyond my expectations and made this whole situation so much better. I was assuming the worse and they found that it was a simple problem and he just needed some antibiotics and pain relief. Only a few days later and my baby is almost fully back to normal!! 10/10 recommended!!

I had a very very sick and lethargic kitten that was only about 12 weeks old, I had just gotten home from work which is all the way in Uptown Charlotte so it was about 5pm when I walked in the door.(they close at 5:30pm) I came in with tears in my eyes and they were very calming and let me know they don’t do walk ins past 4pm. I said I understood and the very very sweet desk lady with long brown/black hair said she would discuss this with the doctor. Thankfully they decided to take me back even tho they were closing soon, which they did NOT have to do at all. They were all very very kind to me and sweet even tho I came in so late. The owner I believe Dr.Faulkner saw my kitten and they let me know he had a fever of 105 but that he would be okay. They were very informative and kind to me. I’m so thankful they were able to help me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
