After our normal vet was not able to get in our dog for an emergency, (also in Rice Lake), Healthy Pet made the availability to get her in. The doctor was great with her, as was the vet tech. Our NOW previous vet, another in Rice Lake, had incomplete records for her, but the vet helped us thru that and got her everything she should have. A few days later she had gotten worse. Being a Sunday I left an email hoping they would receive it first thing in the morning Monday. To my surprise I received an email back from the clinic asking for pictures and setting up an appointment for Monday. I sent the pictures, and then the vet she would see Monday contacted us personally with instructions for prior to the appointment. I have NEVER had that experience at a vet before. Multiple shots, an abscess cleaning, multiple medications, 2 urgent visits, and exams and the price of both together were well below what I was expecting to pay. My dog was comfortable with both the vets she saw and the vet tech. We could not ask for a better experience for our girl. We will now be transferring all of our dogs over to this clinic!

First time switching our pups to a new clinic. For us, I thought the compassion they took for our pups being scared was truly amazing. They are calm, not wanting to overwhelm or stress our animals. They were very informative to me. Looking forward to building a great relationship with the entire team there. 🐶

Our dog injured her shoulder while we were on vacation. Dr Khan got her in right away helped us keep her comfortable until we could get her back home. Amazing Vet and super friendly staff.

Everyone at Healthy Pet Animal Hospital North and the Chetek location genuinely care about your pets. They all take time to get on their level and pet them and talk to them so they are comfortable being at the vet. The vets do a great job taking time to answer any questions we have and get to the bottom of any issues our dogs and cats may be having. We have a dog with severe allergies, another who has seizures, and they have gladly seen our foster dogs as needed for follow up care. I highly recommend this vet clinic and their team!

What an amazing group of caring Veterinarians as well as their staff. Thanks so much for helping our suffering cat and our family during this difficult time. We also appreciate the sympathy card and donation in our cat's name. Your compassion has not gone unnoticed.

Very professional and always treat our two like their own. They explain everything well and give suggestions to help your pet lead a healthy life. I’ve been bringing my dogs here for 14 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
