We had an emergency with our dog in the middle of the night. I understand that no one answered but I left a message saying my dog was dying and the following day they never even called me back. My dog died that night. Maybe they have an explanation but I was very upset that they didn't even call back and check if help was needed.

First of all, the place reeks!! I've raised and rescued animals for over 40 years, I've been in and worked with many vets over the years, and never smelled an office as disgusting as this one! They are rude, condescending and "assume" things without ever talking to you. Very unprofessional and horrible ethics. I wouldn't recommend this place if they were the last vet on earth!

Dr Pat is the best around the entire area. We've been taking our kids to her since we've had them. I have a cat that's impossible to trim her nails,but take her to Jess and Dr Pat and it takes 10 minutes for them to do it. KUDOS Dr Pat and Jessica,you Rock

Took good care of our cat that was ill, found out she was diabetic, 2 weeks later a she's home and doing well, very happy with the bill, much less than we were expecting.

Bear creek animal hospital is the best. Always accommodating , smiles, friendly, compassionate for those times you need it. my (4legged) kids are always taken care and loved. Have taken all my kids there for 18 years. Cant imagine going to anyone else.
