So happy. I took one of our dogs in today at their snip clinic, we are so fortunate to have this place in our community! Everyone there was beyond friendly. All of the water bowls were crystal clear and clean all the food bowls were full animals had blankets on them some were still sleeping and so wonderfully wonderfully cared for! My granddaughters are 13 and 14 and now want to go back and volunteer. Thank you ladies, from myself and Harley Adams

They were clean. Animals were cared for properly. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The cats are tested for everything and the employees straight up tell you if something is wrong with the cat. I didn't deal with them on dogs but I would assume it's the same. I will not get a cat from any place but there. They want you and the animal to be a good match and work.

We took our cat there today & had her spayed & she got 2 shots...They were very friendly & they gave us her after care paperwork to take home & when we got home we had some concerns about her stitches so I called the office & left a voice message & they called me back right away & explained to us what all we should do & said if we had anymore questions or concerns through the night with her, that we could text them anytime for help or send pictures of her stitches if we have concerns & they will answer us back right away!!! They are very helpful & care about you!! Thank you guys so much again 💜🩷🥰💜🩷

I couldn't ask for better service and care I got from the staff for my pet. He was neutered there and gets his yearly tags there too. This place is the best!! Very gentle with him when he gets his shots and it's very affordable for anyone.

Shelby county humane society picked up my little dog when he escaped from the open gate. They took very good care of him he was very happy when I pick them up. The facility was cleaner than some hospitals that I've seen. The employees were great new her happy and Shattuck very very helpful.
